Mankind slowly headed over to Val and tried to lift him onto the top turnbuckle.

Val was suplexed, hitting his tailbone on the mat.

The superplex took a bit out of Mankind as well. This was the second time the 300lb. man had come off the ropes in a short span, and he needed time to regain his equilibrium.

Val grabbed onto the bottom and middle rope and pulled himself up onto his knee.
