It took Aphrodite a while, but she finally urged herself to write... barely. Laying on her belly, she covered her eyes as tiny tears stained the page she laid on.Aphrodite *I too small. I too small to be py rat. Day say so.

[ A gift?]Gullien and Thylassa The soft quiet of the night is broken by the small squeak of a stroller wheel and the crinkle of a piece of paper as it slides under your door. It appears to be similar to a small postcard and has writing on the front and back.   Looks like someone is wishing you a happy year of the dog! Tori and Wy Just a little something I picked up along the way. <3 I hope you like them. ^^

 [ Belated Gifts and New Worries ]A gut feeling retched Catherine's stomach, she rushed to her tiny daughter's room. "Aphrodite! Oh my god what's wrong!" She gasped, scooping up her tiny toddler into her hand holding her close to her cheek. "Oh baby.. shhh.. it's ok.. What happened?"
She just continued to cry, her hands covering her face.
"Did you loose Al again..?"
"NO!" She wiggled and then clung to her mother's face. Tears streaming down her face.
"Oh huney please tell me what's wrong?"
Frowning she mumbled a bit into her mother's ear.
"What? Who said you were too small?"
She whispered again, and then buried her face into her mother's cheek.
"Oh sweetie... Don't listen to him. He's a poo. If he thinks you're too small then don't be apart of his pirate crew." She said as she sat down on Aphrodite's bed, closing the open diary. She pulled Aphrdoite away from her cheek. "Obviously he doesn't know very much about pirates to know about how a crew works."
The tiny toddler rubbed her eyes looking up at her mother. "Really, Dei don't know?" She sniffled.
Catherine nodded. "Yep, if he knew anything about pirates, he know about a perfect spot for you."
Aphrodite gasped, Diemos not knowing everything about pirates?! So weird. " Spot for me?"
"Like the crow's nest." She smiled, lifting up from where she sat to go to the pirate ship on the wall. "See up there, way up high. People who are up on the crows nest look out for enemies... land... and other boats. And Then immeadiately go and tell the capt' about it."
"Maybe's he gots one al'readies."
"Why do you say that?" Catherine brought her up to her face, so she could get a better look.
"Cuz he said I'd be better sittin' on his shoulder." She pouted, covering her face with her hands.
Catherine blinked. "...oh huney." She took a deep breath, once more bringing her back up to her cheek. "It'll be ok.. shhh... Don't worry about it now, you know what he'll regret not making you apart of his crew of pirates."
"Really?"
"Yep. So, don't cry baby it'll be ok. You will never be too small to do anything."
A smile crept across her face. "Really mama? Really?"
"Really... oo. I know something that'lll cheer you up." Catherine smiled as she made her way into the apartment. Christmas cards and new years wishes cluttered the entertainment center. Sitting on the coffee table infront of the television was a glass bubble on a stand with a cushion inside and a glass butterfly that seemed to have been moving. She let Aphrodite down on the coffee table so she could get a better look.
The little girl squeeled, wiggling with joy as she went to inspect her new pretty. "So pretty!" Climbing in through the opening in the front, she laid down on the cushion. "So soft! Mama I love!" She giggled, petting the glass butterfly delicately.
The glob that also came with the package was hopping about chasing after a dust bunny. "Poofuu!"
"Feel better?" Catherine asked , kneeling down to Aphrodite's level.
Aphrodite paused, thinking... she still felt sad about being told she was too small., but her mama did still make some sense, but she couldn't help but still feel a bit bad anyhow. So she'd lie. "Yeah mama!" She grinned from inside the glass bubble.
"Ok then, you should write a letter to Wy and Tori then, they gave you this.. and the glob."
"Poofuu!"
Catherine smiled a bit. "You'll need to name... it." She laughed a little as she stood making her way back to the kitchen and the pile of open books that were piled.
"Is she alright?"
"Yeah, she's finally getting to a point where her size is bothering her.. but I hope it doesn't last long..." Catherine sighed picking up a quill.
"You know she was lying, right?" Baxterfullous lowered his voice to a whisper.
"Yeah... I know."

[ Change is always in evitable. ]It was late in the night, closing to midnight. The room was dimly lit by the glow of candle light, a large pentagram was painted on the hard wood flooring. In the middle of it all was a large couldron with a bubbling deep navy blue mixture. Standing in the pentagram was Catherine, dressed in a white robes, her short hair adorned with beads as she stirred the cauldron that was heated purely by magic. Next her was Baxterfullous, who was collarless.
Taking a deep breath Catherine began to humm a sweet tune, as she stirred, pulling out the large spoon and placing it on the floor inside the pentagram. She lifted up Baxterfullous holding him over the caldron. "I hope this works.." She breathed.
"By what was once true.. and now is lost... I call upon you ancients! I ask thee a boon. Many a night I have prayed, many a day I have done things you have asked.. now I only asked of this.. Please grant us what we seek. Give us the power to reverse the fate of this man!"
Catherine looked ot Baxterfullous. "Are you sure..?"
Baxterfullous nodded quietly. "Yes... lower me, I'm ready... and willing to give up everything."
Catherine took another deep breath, lowering Baxterfullous into the caldron. As soon as he was submerged and explosion of light filled the room knocking Catherine off her feet.
The light faded... and the smoke cleared. Catherine gasped as the caldron had fallen over. "Baxterfullous!" She cried fear filling her eyes, as she rushed over as to see what had happen.
In the place of the cat, was now a 6 foot tall very pale... and very naked catfolk. His hair was a deep ebony as was cat like ears and tail. He coughed, his hands gripped around his neck as a new collar was there. A black band with a blue gemstone. His cobalt blue eyes stared up at her, he looked frightened. "Ca-Catherine... did it work?" He coughed a bit, taking in a deep breath.
Catherine grinned covering him with a blanket, she cried happy tears. "Yes! You're.. You're back to normal."
"I.. am?" A smile formed on his thin pale face."...I'm so happy, so.. very happy..." He cried, burying his face into her lap.

[ Quests are a pain in the butt... get it? xD ] It had been already a few days since Baxterfullous's transformation, and to be frank the children took a bit of time to adjust. They knew it was their beloved Uncle, but it was just.. so weird. He looked more like Salem except paler and black, ok he was always black now he just had less black on him. Much to their dislike he didn't go back and forth between his now many forms, and his time was kept by his 'work' and 'preparing'.... no time for playing... no time for stories.
So, the children decided to occupy themselves elsewise.. playing pretend was a favorite or playing video games. Dance Dance Revolution was a game Nariko and Aphrodite liked best, Garreth liked it better as a spectator sport.
One day at the breakfast while Catherine was serving everyone their meals, a pain overcame Aphrodite. She blushed a furious shade of pink as she turned to her mother as she was setting down a small plate that had a few cheerios, a Aphrodite sized bowl filled with milk, and a tiny cup filled with nectar on it. "Mama! Mama! My butt hurts." She wiggled, rubbing a part of her wasp bottom she could reach.
Catherine blinked. "... Your butt?" She said almost a bit confused.
"Yeah! Right here." She pointed, Nariko giggled.
" Hehe, she said butt."
"Hmm... Maybe you're stingers are comming in..." She said finally after small time of thinking. " I don't know anything can do to help.. Do you Bax?"
" I'm not knowledable in healing, you are." He said as he foleded over the Daily Prophet and sipped his tea quietly.
" Then that's settled, how about after breakfast I'll take you to see Miss Maggie so we can see what to do about the pain." She smiled a bit, trying to cheer up the little wasp mishap.
" Okies mama.." Aphrodite decided to stand as she sipped her nectar, though it upsetted her that her mother wasn't going to make it better now... and that she wasn't drinking out of the bottle anymore. Grasping her hands around the cup she sipped a bit, the nectar filling her with energy like it always did. Stingers? What an odd name, she wondered as she took a cherrio and dipped it into the milk. She guessed she'd find out soon.

After breakfast, like she promised, Catherine took Aphrodite to the infirmary to stop the pain in her... butt. Immeadiately after the pain went away Aphrodite grew into a kid! Dude! She took her alignment test and is paitently... and eagerly awaiting classes to start!

[ Guilting is a work of art... only a few people appreaticate the experience. xD ] It wasn't long that the envious feelings from her younger sister was apparent.... especially when she was staring.
"How did you grow so fast! I wanna be tallers."
"I dunno, you're not a mishap." Aphrodite said finally, kicking her legs as she was watching TV, she merely answered because a commercial was on. Commercials... BAH! A bane to her exsitance.
"MAMA! I suffer from cabannaaa feffer."
Catherine blinked peaking into Aphrodite's room. "What?"
"I think she means 'cabin fever'." Baxterfullous answered, as he was writing down a few notes.
"I think you're the blame Bax." Catherine said plainly staring at him from the doorway.
"How so, you're their mother." The catfolk stared back, his gaze filled with no sympathy.
"I work Baxterfullous Von Montegue. I work hard to make sure these children have food on their plates and clothes on their back!" She stomped her foot angerily. "I try hard to spend as much time with them as I can, but these kids love you too."
Bax grumbled, she was right, but he'd never admit it aloud.
The children giggled quietly, when ever her mother or anyone used a full name it meant said person was in trouble.
"Fine! ... What do you want to do?" He slammed the book he was reading shut.
"How about the pool..." A voice came meekly out from the a bedroom, the young dragon came out of his room swimming googles over his eyes.
Catherine smiled a bit. "Alright, good choice... it's too cold to go outside.. so let's go o the one that's inside in the Mishap's HQ."

It had been a few days since she had written her diary, looking over a few of the pages she had written in the past, she honestly felt a bit embarrased... but happy. she looked at her new pencil tips, they looke dmore like pencils now than they did before, taking a new one she presed it against the paper, her handwriting came out smoother... more legible.Aphrodite A few days ago I grew! How neat. Bax told me that classes will be starting soon, I'm so happy. I wonder what class'll be like, Bax said it's like tutoring except more kids will be there with me. He said since he's teaching me all the time I'll get to help in class. I hope no one will be mad that I'm helping him out. Mad? Speaking of that I'm still mad at Dei. He's so... stupid. I can't beleive he said I was too small to be a pirate, what a loser. >P He compared to a monkey. Grrrrrrrrr. I met someone new at the pool. Her name is Tam. She's pretty nice, she licked Garreth's tail. How silly. Her guardian's name is Pink, what a silly name. Mama and Bax took me to see the stars. It was pretty, I liked looking up at the sky at night. Anastay said it's a good past time to do when you are restless at night. I miss my windows. I might ask Mama to make a window in my room so I can see the stars when I can't sleep. I also like looking at the moon. I feel so at peace. I met another Mishap. His name is Reed, he's kinda cute. heart

[ Henchmen, kupo? ]Catherine blinked as she began stirring a deep purple misture in a cauldron over the stove, she stared at Baxterfullous and his new 'assitant' Rapheal. "He's a what?"
"A henchmen, for you... I purchased him a few days ago, so I went today to pick him up."
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Catherine!" A bright smile came across his beautiful and thin face, whisping his long blonde hair back. " I'm great with children and with advertising! If you ever need anything I'm you're man!"
"Eh...Umm.. ok?" Catherine stared dropping the bottle of herbs and spices into the burbling cauldron turning it a hot pink color. As it began to overflow it exploded into a mass of confetti, that dissappeared as soon as it hit the ground. Quickly turning to look inside the cauldron, it was empty and all that was in it was a very chubby and very unconscious moogle.
" Oh dear."

[ Love Letters...? ]Poise, stance.. and twirl? No, that wasn't it... was it? The tiny wasp mishap walked up to the tall bishie known as Rapheal, who was sttiing at the dining room table. "Raphie, what was the thing again? Poise.. I forget the other two."
Smiling down at the the little wasp girl. "Hmm.. I don't think dance is your thing.. I can teach you how to stretch properly, so you don't hurt yourself while you play DDR."
"Ok, that works." The smallest mishap smiled up at the very pretty man. She turned looking to the other man at the table, who was Baxterfullous, who was... agrivating himslef over a small piece of paper.
"...Aphrodite you're a girl..." Bax looked up, his half lidded stare looked over at the tiny wasp mishap in her tube top and boy shorts.
"Last time I checked!"
".. umm yes.. if you recieved a letter from a friend, what you like o hear.. I mean.. let's say they wanted to see you again.. what would you like to read?"
" I dunno." She said as she sat down on an over turned teacup. "I guess I'd like to hear that they had fun with me!" She kicked her legs. "And that they'd like to hang out with me again, that'd be nice to hear! ... but Uncle Bax, what's that have to do with me being a girl?"
Baxterfullous blinked, his cheeks turning a bright pink. "Nothing! It's alright."
Rapheal giggled. "Hehe.. who is this for Mr. Baxterfullous?"
"That's none of you're buisness!"
"It's for Miss Crow!" Called out Aphrodite from over Baxterfullous's shoulder.
"AHH!!" Baxterfullous flailed, grabbing the sleeping moogle from the couch and storming off to his room.
"Huh, kupo?"
"Hehe.. I think Bax has a crush."
"Totally."
