A shout of surprise escaped Ginga as was picked up and spun. A giggle followed soon after. "Okay."

He nodded. "Good. I didn't want to take the chance you might beat me down," he laughed. He inspected her fur before setting her back in the water. "All clean?"

"Clean? Oh yeah, I was sticky." Ginga ran a paw through her fur, finding no trace of the sticky apple. "All clean," she chirped happily.

Oliver patted Ginga on the head. "Very good. Bet this was better than any bath, huh?" He floated on his back and kicked his feet gently, moving him around in the water.

"Yep." Ginga paddled in circles in the water, watching for fish beneath the surface.

Oliver began to watched what Ginga was looking for. He peered beneath the surface of the water for a moment before a fish darted by. "Say, have you ever been fishing before?" he asked as he flipped over to swim doggie paddle like.

"Yeah, I thought it was boring." She spotted a fish and tried to follow it. Paddling as fast as she could. "More interesting to watch them."

He watched her carefully. "I've only tried fishing with a pole. And I didn't catch a thing." He laughed. He ducked under the water and opened his eyes, trying to see the fish.

She watched Olive go under and tried to keep track of him above the water at first. Then she finally caved and went under to follow him, and look for the fish with him.

Oliver crouched behind a rock under the water and peered at an unsuspecting fish on the other side. It was a shimmery blue fish with small eyes. Oliver wondered what kind it was, but had no idea. He looked back to see Ginga had followed him, and smiled.

Bubbles slipped out Ginga's mouth as she fought to stay at the bottom and watch the fish. She latched onto Oliver's tail in an attempt to stay under.

Oliver smiled as Ginga grabbed onto his tail. When he looked back at the fish, he began to swim quickly away. Oliver darted after it, pulling Ginga with him.

Ginga giggled internally as she was pulled along. This was fun! But soon she would have to let go and rise to the surface to get air.

Oliver continued to swim merrily along, chasing the fish. Until he suddenly felt a tight, painful feeling in his chest, and realized he needed air. He quickly swam to the surface and burst through the water, bringing Ginga up with him. He gasped for a few moments until he caught his breath.

Ginga's lungs eagerly sucked in air, a giggle coming out in coughs as she bobbed in the water. She released her hold on Oliver's tail.
