"You shouldn't joke like that. People might actually believe you." Emi talking down on his brother. Moreover, Kira was mad at him for doing something stupid like that. "Aw come on, how was I suppose to know they would get quite and look at us!", trying to pull a smile in the situation. "Alright, I am sorry I won't do something stupid again." Noticing Emi's "yeah right" face when he said that sentence. "I have a name you know! And it's not "Uchiha Girl", stomping towards a bunch of guys. "It's Mai and she's getting ready to beat some guys...again" Hiro approached Mai from the back and touched her shoulder, "Hey Mai you should..." Mia's fist came flying down and hit him in the face. What did I do to deserve this Hiro thought as he was flying through the cafeteria. He eventually hit a wall and fell to the floor. His eyes were rolling and there was a red fist mark on his face.

under the [name] of ---& | ⓜⓐⓘ ⓤ©ⓗⓘⓗⓐ "OhmygoshImsosorryHiro!" Mai said hurriedly, watching as his body flew across the room. Good thing she hadn't hit hard...
She turned to the bunch of guys, whom she had been mad at. Her eyes now like slits, into one of her father's famous glares. That, combined with her mother's temper was quite the show, and made the Genin scurry away.
No doubt, the whole room was watching as Mai walked over to Hiro, giving everyone a passing glare.
Once she reached Hiro's body, Mai fell to her knees and hugged him tight.
"SO SORRY HIRO!!!" She said sincerly, swinging him back and forth. "But, you know how I get when I'm angered.." Mai said quieter, releasing him.

Jubei followed after Mai into the Academy, witnessing her anger.
Yeah, definately the daughter of Sakura. Dad warned me about that.
"Okay, guys, let's stop fighting each other and save it for the real battle. We've got the Chuunin Exams to worry about, remember."
He approached Mai and Hiro, grabbing them both by the arm, and lifting them into the air. He placed them back on their feet.
"Hiro's fine. He comes from a tough family."
Jubei smiled and patted the both of them on the back.
"Now come on. Let's go find out where we're supposed to go."

Leaning up against a wall, Emi watched her brother walk up to Mai Uchiha, and get decked in the face. He hit the wall with a satisfying thump. He should have thought a bit before doing that. Everyone knows how dangerous Mai's temper is. Or maybe he's just forgotten. Mai ran over to hug Hiro, apologizing at the top of her lungs. It was a bit amusing, although Emi's stomach turned at the thought of hugging her brother. Of course, Jubei, being the son of the Hokage and all, put everything back in order. Its not like they needed the help. Geez, that boy is just plain troublesome. Like all boys. Emi glanced back at Kira, and headed over to where her brother and the other two were standing. "Nice punch, Mai."

Once Hiro was on his feet a little dizzy but ok now. He put his hand on his face to regain himself. "Oow~" "Nice punch, Mai." Emi told Mai. What?! he thought. "I'm alright Mai, I won't sneak up on you next time. I learned my lesson...the hard way." The group laughed. Afterwords Hiro flicked Emi on the head, "what do mean nice punch? What happen to worrying about your dear brother who's in pain?" Getting close to her face and giving her a bored look. Suddenly one of the elite shinobi began to yell in the cafeteria, "I need all the students to report to the classroom 307 to get ready for the written exam!" heh my favorite part Hiro thought to himself.

"Thanks, except I hit poor Hiro..." Ugh. 'Poor Hiro.' I'm sure he did something to deserve it. Like stealing my granola bar earlier. "I'm alright Mai, I won't sneak up on you next time. I learned my lesson...the hard way." Emi snorted as the rest of the group laughed. And here we're supposed to have high IQs like our parents? One of us sure doesn't act like it. Hiro flicked Emi in the head, looking slightly bored. "what do mean nice punch? What happen to worrying about your dear brother who's in pain?" Emi winced, and then fluttered her eyelashes innocently. "Oh, poor brother. Are you alright?" she asked sweetly, sounding like someone about 12, not 16. "I need all the students to report to the classroom 307 to get ready for the written exam!" Emi could see Hiro's face go all excited at the prospect of the exam, and knew that the look was copied on her face. After all, they were Naras. Heh. This exam, at least, we will excell at. Even if the rest are troublesome.

They began walking to the classroom, but it was quite crowded with all the people leaving at once. Hiro giggled to himself remembering a moment from the last chuunin exam, "I remember Mai last year finished all the problems except one and that one question almost led to the death of a person next to her. She was ready to explode with anger until she learned that some people were cheating and that was the objective." Hiro was happy reminiscing the moments from last year, until her sister broke to her that almost everyone took advantage of him and his answers. "I bet you were one of them you little devil" putting his hand on her head as if he was patting her.

Emi glared at her older brother. "First of all," she whispered, "you shouldn't talk so loudly about that." She raised her voice again, and talked normally. "And of course not. I'm smart enough to figure out my own answers, thank you. I am a Nara, too, you know." She removed his hand delicately from her head, the way someone would move a disgusting piece of garbage. Ahhh! Its almost like affection. He should know better than that.

"Relax~" Hiro said with sleepy tone. "The only thing the others will think is that we are dumb ninjas who failed the last chuunin exam. And of course you figured it out." being sarcastic at the end, trying to annoy his sister.

Emi stuck her tongue out at her brother, once again acting the part of the annoying little sister. It was a childish technique, but somehow satisfying. "You may be a dumb ninja, Hiro, but I'm not. So of course I figured it all out on my own." She flipped her hair out of her face, and looked around at the other people. "And if we failed, it must have been your fault," she teased. "Weighing the rest of the team down with your stupidity."

Jubei sighed quietly to himself. Hiro and Emi were nothing like their parents. They did nothing but complain and bicker at one another.
They'd be a lot more tolerable if they were quiet like Shikimaru.
He laughed at Mai's comment. It was quite amusing.
"You've always been pretty light in weight, Mai. But, I've been training a lot, lately. Between you and I, Rock Lee suggested a particular type of training to better increase my taijutsu skills."
He tapped his coat sleeve and the sound of dense metal rang quietly.
"I've wearing a series of weights under my clothes for many years, now. Rock Lee's advice is well worth it."
He smiled and patted her on the shoulder.
"I hope you're ready for the written test. I know I am."

Jubei's expression became sad for a moment.
"I'm sure Rock Lee would be glad to give you some weights. You know... he used to love Sakura. Hell, even my dad did. They were the nicest people in the world to her, but I guess that didn't mean much. So, she ended up being married to Sasuke, the man who person everyone, especially her, through so much pain."
He took a deep breath and went back to smiling.
"But hey! Don't sweat the exam. Okay?"

Rikou was one of the first to enter the exam room, as usaul, even outside of battle, sporting his armor. What was odd for him and others who knew him, he didn't have any source of food on him, not even a small bag of chips. This was for two reasons: One, food often corrupted his concetration when it came to thought, and two, the proctors didn't allow food into the exam. This made Rikou a little tense, he needed to store food for the next part of the exam to have his full potential ready. The Akimichi Clan was well known for using body fat in order to create strong reserves of Chakra, often used for their size increasing Jutsu. Luckily Rikou ate a hardy breakfast and lunch, as well as a snack to keep up his strength for the Chunin Exams. Other thne his appetite, Rikou was calm for the upcoming exam, even though written work wasn't his best. Rikou wasn't even thinking much of the written portion, but of the next part. He wasn't the best when it came to stealth, but it wasn't his weakest attribute when it came to being a ninja. His weakest attribute would have to be his kindness, it was hard for him to kill others unless they trully deserved it. Rikou also didn't use tools like kunai and shurikens, his abilties weren't very complainting for such tools.
Rikou sat down into his assigned seat, wishing he would have ast least tried to sneak in a bag of chips or a rice ball. No matter what food he ate, Rikou always liked it spicy. On his person at all times, even when rules forbid it, he carries a bottle of spice to heat up the flavor of his food. The chair creaked a bit under his weight, both from his armor and from his body. In the room before the exams, he kept to hismefl alone, trying to concetrate and focus his mind. Somwtimes Rikou was so focused, his mind naturally igonred anyone talking to him, a trait probably from his mother's side since his father often flinched at the most minor insults. Rikou didn't know how the exams would play out for him, he wasn't very smart when it came to certain aspects of knowledge, like weapons and elemental based Jutsu. Hopfully, his two teammates would be able to out weigh his failure if he got a large portion of the exam wrong. He hadn't seen either of his teamamtaes for quite sometime, Rikou was busy training with his father. Being teamed with two of the Nara clan had its benefits, both were smart and calculating. This often made Rikou feel he was only part of the team for ihs strength, his wisdom didn't often have use when the Emi or Hiro was around, they were of course smarter when it came to stradegy then Rikou was. Rikou's strength was his primary attribute, he often boasted in his mind that he was the strongest at the exams, but he didn't know for sure. Mai after all was the daughter of Sakura, the apprentice of the Fifth Hokage, so she probably inheritted strength from her. Other then Mai, Rikou was confident of his strength and constitution when it came to battle, however, this wasn't battle he was about to face; This was a written exam.
