Hitsugaya looked at Kurai with true determination in his eyes. "Knowing that you are you will be a danger to yourself and others... I'll give my life before I run." He said with sincerity in his voice.

"No, Shiro. Hitsugaya..." Kurai was a bit panicked she didn't like the idea of hurting him. Of killing him. "If you would be of help, you would have to get Kazi or Yomiko...but if you can't find them you have to kill me. I mean it,"

Kurai clearly didn't believe him. She had no doubt about his power, but she didn't trust her own. She knew her dark, animalistic side sought blood, and she wasn't sure she wouldn't tear herself to pieces in order to kill Hitsugaya.

Hitsugaya looked away and didn't meet her gaze. "I won't kill you... I can't..." He knew, even having a high position in squad eleven, a substitute vice captain... he wouldn't be able t stop her. His heart was too soft. Which was also his weakness. His father once said, a fault that might cost him his life one day.

Kurai snickered. "That was subtle, Shiro... you've clearly mastered the fine are of tact," Still, she didn't mind changing the currently-dismal topic. "Hm...fun...? Kurai really hadn't the first notion as to what prank to pull. Oh, there were the classics, naturally, but..."Maybe we should focus on a grand scheme. That way, I can pin half of it on you," She teased, poking him back.
"I confess, I don't really know her that well. I mean I've seen her around...What's with the wing, by the way? Is she an angel?"
