what would the training look like for
Running under water: Strapping rocks to your waist you will run laps under water to increase the strain on the body
Aerial strikes: Tyeing your wrist behind you back the target is above you. Jump and kick it
Six inches: Pushing all your strength into your hand you will place your finger tips onto a surface and try and dent it from that position. ((Think Kill Bill))
and how would an animal go about training its strength and endurance?

I'll put some training exercises up soon in the pet section. I had a ton of them just like the human section but they died. =(

I kinda stole Shisei's shadow boxing thing but I think I did it weird. I use Tanu as the shadow

karite.. could you tell me where to find the Original training done by Katz? cause i looked at yours and im really not sure what to say.
My first comment would definately be: If your trying out punches and kicks, shouldnt the training be Taijutsu?
and about the other trainings:
Running underwater: could be used as an Endurance or Agility training, depending how you organize.
Aerial strikes : would be Taijutsu i would say although im not ure here.
Six Inches: I think this could be used for Focus as well as strength.
Tell me whather you want a composite Training or a simple training and what exactly you whanna train and i ll try to fix up one of those you placed for ya!

My training is on Tenmoki Household thread. I think because I'm doing both dodging and striking is why its counted as Agility.
Also this would be ok training for strength?:
Pull Ups and Crunches- Str. Training 1d20 + Str. Mod DC: 1d20 + Str. Mod Train: 0/10

Oh yeah your right the original looked pretty much the same.
Shadow Boxing- Agl. Training 1d20 + Agl. Mod DC: 10 + Agl Mod Train: 0/10.
Well my agl and Taijutsu are the same mod of 1 so i will change where it says agl to taijutsu. As for the training I think I will go with the simple cause the composite seems hard without two dice, except aerial strike I can work with a composite on that.
Six Inches 1D20 + str DC: 15 + Str 5/5
Areial Strike: ???
Running Underwater: 1D20 + Agl DC: 15 + Agl 5/5

Katz:
Pull Ups and Crunches- Str. Training 1d20 + Str. Mod DC: 10 + Str. Mod - Train: 0/10
-If you write 1d20 +str mod in DC it would mean that no matter the roll you always succeed whee
Karite:
Those look good
Six Inches: Try to muster as much strength to your fingers so that you can land a single hit into a surface with it and deal damage to it without hurting yourself. 1D20 + str DC: 15 + Str 5/5
Running in water: Get into the water so that it covers you up to your waist Then try to move around as fast as possible. 1D20 + Agl DC: 15 + Agl 5/5
You wont need rocks to do this since you wont float if the water is just to your waist. if you choose to tie rocks to yourself like to the legs or so then add +2 to the DC per rock tied to your feet.
-Running Under water would make no sense since youd drown yourself.. unles your training endurance.
Ill take to prepare the Aerial strikes one in a bit!

Would these be ok training sessions?:
‘X’ Marks the Spot Some of the local kids are up early playing (or maybe causing trouble). They want to see just how good Shisei’s aim is. d20 + Throwing DC: 10 + Throwing Train: 0/5
Morning Run- Seeing the Village Start the day by getting the blood pumping! Shisei decides for a little warm up while viewing the village. d20 + End Mod DC: 10 + End Mod Train: 0/10
For the 'X Marks the Spot' I don't know if they are any NPC children already created and just roaming about. If there are should I use them or just create some of my own for training?
Also is there any preference to get approval of trainings through this thread or by Pm's?

You can do them through PM's if you wish, but it works posting them in here since any crew member can just check them over. There's one NPC kid at the Rice Farm, her name is Orika. She's what we call a 'regular' NPC which the crew roleplays randomly to boost character interaction. You can make your own NPC's {to an extent} to help roleplay along training and the such. So, yes! Feel free to make some random NPC kids. Both your exercises are perfect! heart <(^-^)>

Training Rewards: +1 Taijutsu, +10 Experience
Here are a few ideas for Detect:
Listening for Footsteps Take up post at one of the corners in the village. Keep your eyes closed and your ears open to listen for anyone to pass by you. Try to hear them before they get in front of you. DC: 10 1d20 + Detect Train: 5/5
Guard and Peasant (Partnered Game) Peasant - By disguising yourself as a villager, try to blend in with the crowd and tend to daily chores while keeping your eyes on the guard's movements. The longer you can keep up your guise, the more information you can get about the guard and surroundings. (Practice infiltration.) DC: Guard's Detect 1d20 + Disguise Train: 4/4 Guard - You've been warned that there are outsiders about trying to scope out your village and infiltrate the Kage's home to steal some secret scrolls. Keep your eyes open to spot out the invader's. They are said to be master's of diguise. DC: Peasant's Diguise 1d20 + Detect Train: 4/4

Thanks, I will grab it when I get out of the academy for the day.
Would this be ok for Karite?
hunting
Lying in Wait You must be silent. Wait for your prey to show itself before taking action. DC: 12 + hide 1d20 + Hide 1/1 Special: Keep rolling until successful. Wait for further instruction after you succeed.
Advance on Prey You must get in close before attacking. DC: 10 + spy 1d20 + Spy 1/1 Special: Fail and prey escape.
Attack You receive a sneak attack bonus since you had a successful Hide/Spy check. That rule applies to any fight you have. DC: 10 + throw 1d20 + throw 1/1 Special: IF you fail, prey gets away and you have to repeat your hide, spy and then fight check over again.
Kill Once you have hold of the bird, snap its neck with a quick wrench. DC: 10 + grapple 1d20 + Grapple 1/1 Special: If fail, go to next exercise.
Catch Prey The prey is fast, but since you wounded it, you can keep up. Make a sprint roll until you're caught up and then repeat grapple check. DC: 12 +sprint 1d20 + Sprint 1/1
oh yeah sorry to ask again so soon but could someone check Karite's training at the grounds ((Six inchs))???

Would this be alright? And do you think there would be enough time to complete the exercise before class starts?
People Watching Serena has some free time before class starts and wants to find out more about the people in the village. Sitting in the village and patiently observing people would be the best way to learn about some of the locals. 1d20 + Int mod [5] DC: 10 + Int mod [5] = 15 Train: 0/10
OR
Making Pancakes Serena's hungry and wants to make some breakfast for her and her new roommate. 1d20 + Focus [7] DC: 10 + Focus [7] = 17 Train: 0/5
