"Just dont do it again." Rene walked past Uwasa, her boots digging into the sand. "I'm hungry. I think I'm gonna go to one of the resturants in the dorms or something. Any of you hungry?" Rene turned around and walked backwards, smiling. "Food is good."

The moon hung palely within the sky, casting a wan glimmer along the pristine beach that lay in the night. The mood appeared desolate and brimming with nostalgia of a forgotten time, but all secrets were left untold and the darkness consumed the landscape as before. The sea foamed and churned against the beach, weeding out the lesser grains of sand as they followed trudging waves to and fro. Waters called to any with a distant melody, they feigned the roles of sirens which were scarce in the twilight. Voices sprung from the waters, displaying dulcet songs that none had heard for quite a while. The beach appeared truly forgotten at the time, though its crystals shined with an unconquerable brilliance--which desired attention. But no lovers or patrons littered the beach, only the intrinsic gems that sought to never leave its side. No eyes were left to admire the beauty of this pearl, only the face of the moon saw what had been left for a year untouched and unnoticed. And it seemed that history would repeat itself, as those once familiar did not return to the unflinching beauty. It was left alone and untouched.
Perfect; it was truly the best place, for a scene needn't be made. The gentle beads of sand, those would be made a bed for the night. The ever-watchful moon, that would be the light offered until day broke loose. The breezes that now sailed wistfully down the cove, they would serve no purpose for the subject soon to be brought; but they would remain constant nevertheless. All things would go as promised, as rules had been set, and were not to be broken, even in this peaceful night. The air stood chilled, hoping to bite noses when there were none. The waters called with a calming tune, but no people were there to hear it. Yes, this location was perfect. She should be delivered here... then our watch truly begins. Three more strikes are offered, though she may never be truly aware of this. But this goes within our regulations, and if she is meant to suffer further duress or worse, then so be it.
The night drew on, and as it progressed, change seemed almost unlikely to fall upon the beach. But irony struck on this night, as a glimmer suddenly manifested, resting amongst the sands of the forgotten shore. It was odd, for it stood in stark contrast to the shimmering grains of sand along the beach. It held an ethereal aura about itself as its dim glow gained a strength--which stood domineering over the sand. The glow held a life of its own as it slowly expanded, covering the sands that had once stood near. It grew without stop, and it soon reflected upon the bubbling waters as they rubbed against the cove once more. Mythril crystals were laid helplessly within this light as it grew, gaining both length and girth. Soon, it stood eight feet and had spanned over thirty in width. Had someone stood witness, the person would have surely become blind due to the potency of this light. But no one did, and so it continued to enlarge without restraint.
But as it grew, omniscient eyes peered onward without a known source. Her arrival was to be made within this beacon of light. No one was to deliver her from a warm embrace; she would come untouched and alone. That was within the terms once read to her unwilling ears. But it no longer mattered, for this would be another thing that she would be left unaware of. This brings no sorrow to me for she had lived, even with his consent. Had she not found out about the forbidden terms of her existence, then maybe things could have been different. But God knew of her coming, and he directed her toward this path. Even if seen as a forlorn twist of fate... it had been planned. The eyes gazed with venerable depth into the growing light. They stood moonlit but without a foundation, and the figure that held possession of them stood with duty and unrelenting indifference. To this individual, the events of the night were to be expected; and nothing more was to spawn from the girl's return to Ria. Or at least, nothing past what had been mapped out in the provisions of her existence.
But even as unseen eyes laid awake for this change, it continued without disturbance or consciousness of the outside world. The glimmer only furthered in growth as its shine nearly burned the sand; it seemed endless as it engulfed a small portion of the beach. But when the strength of the light seemed almost unflinching, it suddenly stopped, falling short of any further growth. The miraculous brilliance stood, stagnantly within the air, and a light hum sailed about its length as the seas ushered more sand into the ocean. Slowly, just like a wave during the onset of a tsunami, the light began to recede. Its regression appeared more deviate than its birth, as with its shrinkage it dimmed and lost strength. Soon, the illumination did not seem even strong enough to pierce the dense and midnight sky. It no longer stood as a beacon upon the beach, but a dying flame as it eventually dispersed and unveiled the sand and crystals that had been consumed by it.
Eventually, its reflection was no longer held upon the visage of each bead of sand and shimmering crystal. It was another memory, lost to the nostalgia that still awaited capture. But even as it left, and allowed the beach to resurface, it did not appear to have vanished in vain. Beneath the pallid moon, reposing against the cool sands of the beach laid a girl, with pearly wings spewing from her back. She had the semblance of angelic bearings, and a divine aura clung to her body as she laid openly upon the sandy beach. She appeared lost in slumber, as her pale form rested within the night, unaware of the occurrence and provisos that now stood upon her life. Zephyrs swept at her body, which was clad within a violet dress that feel loosely to her ankles. Obsidian boots were to be found at her feet, and an ancient staff was held gently within her right hand. It rested inertly, with an expertly carved eye at its center--the optic appeared to be unopened. But just as the girl, it held a strong and unquestionable aura; one that held an enigmatic mist.
The instance that had brought this girl to the sandy beach was clearly esoteric, but he was one of the few who knew, and he understood that God meant for it to remain so. Nothing had gone wrong, she was here, but his watch would persist throughout the night and following days. A folly was what he waited for, the simple procreation of holy power was all that was needed. And once the girl made her error, he would be quick to take her back to Heaven. But until the moment arrived and his objective shifted, he would wait with patience and nonchalance. "This is not dealt likely, or in a manner so relative to others, " he uttered with an undetectable voice. "Queer it is that she be so close to kin, but I knew what would come of Nicholas' liking toward that renegade against man. Even if changed, Sharlene still bore the blood of many..." He paused, his eyes scanning over the cryptic tattoos that laid upon the girl's revealed skin. His eyes never touched the staff, only her. It appeared as though even if he willed it, his gaze would have only been repelled from the weapon that she held. "Strange, those tattoos, the Scriptura... so holy are the marks that befall her skin, but only to embody their sin."
Silence nearly engulfed the cove, as the girl slept with a quiescent expression--her lips were left resting within a placid line. All that could be heard upon the beach were the gentle waves of the ocean, as they caressed the sands with each rise and recession. The moon watched as clearly as before, while its luminescence glimmered upon the sea, crystals, and pristine sand. Other than the light that had made its advent and exodus just before, no other disturbances touched the lonely beach. But now it stood in comfort as the girl slumbered unknowingly upon it, with dreams of a perpetual light dancing within her mind. This night, it would not endure a lonesome existence; she would be there, possibly until the coming morn. And as it sat soothed by this, the seas also rejoiced at the return of the student--one possibly forgotten and behind in studies. The winds blew, flowing with her essence and telling of her return--whether she had been missed or not. And soon it was official. Lenair had returned.

((Heh, I'm unsure as to whether I've completed this or not. Hhmm, either way, if any desire to comment or join in, feel free. That may lessen the amount of work for me. ^.^))
It did not take long for the sun to rise and the moon to take its leave, for the twilight had only been present to hint toward change. Slowly, as the night spent its last hours within the sky, it departed and sunk away with the moon--dispersing amongst the blossoming shades of lavender, tangerine, and crimson. With the new colors that now besmirched the vast horizon, the sun rose, and liquid sunshine formed along the equal line that so many painter's had admired from landscape to portrait. The star channeled warmth and beauty to the beach, as beads of sand shimmered beneath a more true and brighter light. Dawn had broken through a once violet sky, and it greeted Lenair as she lay upon the beach. Slumber still held possession of her as light breaths surpassed her rosy lips. She had been asleep for quite a while, and nothing had caused a disturbance to her rest as no one treaded upon the abandoned cove. So, she simply continued to repose, with a strong light invading her subconscious realm--and it brought a chilling revelation, one that she could not understand. Her dream danced about her mind's eye, posing questions that she was unable to answer for the knowledge it inquired for was beyond her. She simply did not know.
But as she lay there, her body desired freedom from rest, and it produced its protest through small motions. First, the fingers of her left hand bent and brushed against each other, then her eyebrows furrowed in distress. Slowly, her neck pushed her face onto its right side and against the golden grains--and the sands that caressed her cheek brought more than simple stirring; they compelled her sapphire eyes to open. But as her optics lay awake, they did not stand fully aware of her surroundings; a dreamy mist hung over them as she blinked--trying to rid herself of her drowsy air. Gently, she brought her left palm and she rubbed her eyelids as consciousness flooded her body. Soon, the dream did not plague her any further, and she eventually laid awake upon the sand. Lenair felt exhausted, as though her body was numb, and as she laid sprawled upon the beach--her eyes staring at the endless sky. She blinked lightly, her mind puzzled and lost, and all she wondered was where the light had gone since it had accompanied her for so long (or what felt like an eternity).
"It's not here," she uttered, in a voice that stood barely audible above the brine's smooth waves. "Hhmm, it'd been smothering my mind for so long, but now it's not here." She paused, her eyes closing for a brief moment as a yawn eased from her lips. Small tears crept from the crevices of her eyes, but she pushed them away with the back of her left hand. Her eyes opened once more, but her gaze was soon directed toward her staff, which rested within her right hand. Her cerulean hues peered gently at her stave; at least something remained while she was alone and without knowledge of her location. She loosely scanned over the eye, as it remained quiescent beneath sturdy wood. It was truly a puzzle, and as her gaze lingered, she realized that she didn't know why she had it. "You," she spoke, as though with a person, "you haven't left me, but I don't know why you're here." Steadily, she placed her left palm against the warm sand, and with that for balance she pushed her body into a seated position. One leg folded on top of the other, and her palm remained planted upon the ground.
She nearly fell back due to her grogginess, but thankfully her hand was able to support her weight. Her eyes never left the staff as gentle winds pushed at her sapphire locks. Two curly lengths of hair swam in the wind as she stared, with her lips placed within a passive line. Confusion was still warm and brimming at the edge of her mind; so far she understood very little upon her awakening. Her eyes sailed away from the staff as she cast her gaze off at the sea. It shinned beneath the morning sun, and it brought a salty aroma to her nose--which tickled her nostrils. This location... I've never been here before. At least, I don't think so. Her head titled partially, and she made a quick decision as her gaze fell toward the sand beneath her. She needed to explore; she needed to find someone, anyone who was able to aid her in her moment of quandary. "Well, staying here won't help," she reasoned, as her right hand rose, allowing her staff to be planted into the sand. With her stave for added balance, she dug her boots into the sand and gradually stood.
Her pearly wings swept against the ground as she positioned herself in a standing position. Soft grains of sand rested amongst a few cream-colored feathers, but they did not settle for long as she shifted her winged appendages and freed the golden beads. Her left hand patted down the length of her dress, as a bit of sand was found clinging to the delicate fabric. Luckily, no sand rested upon her skin or within her hair, so she only busied herself with ridding her garb of the golden residue.

((Don't mind if i join in. nwn))
It was just another sunny day, another day to waste. The tide sweeping in like it always has ever since God has created the planet named Earth. The sand shiftly ever so slightly at the tides touch. You would think its a beautiful day to go outside, well, you're never sure. Sometimes good things come to a waste.
"Katy! There is some good-looking shells over here!" cried a small figure, though in her middle teens, more like seventeen years old now. She had a white kimono on, almost like her trademark. Her long lavender hair sweeping down to her waist, though it was very silky. Her enchanting lavender eyes ever so sweet as they glanced over at her young nun friend. This small girl is named Sakura Ai, but her slayer name is Hexen.
"Hexen, I'm coming!!!" cried the nun friend named Katy, she was sweet as Sakura Ai. She had short maroon hair, though patted down by her nun hat that draped down her head. Her piercing blue eyes sparkling as she caught up to the angel.
The shell Sakura Ai found was rather dazling, it was a clear sky blue color, though, with a shine, like how pearls shine when you clean them. Sakura Ai picked up the shell and placed it into the bucket that Katy Christ was holding. Though it seems they weren't alone. For some odd reason, Sakura and Katy didn't see the girl standing there with her staff at all, they were focused having some "get-together time" that they didn't notice.
"Ah! Sorry if this is your land, we'll leave so-Lenair?" Asked the angel as she looked closely towards the girl. Was it Lenair? Who dissapeared, last time Sakura Ai saw her was maybe at the festival? She couln't remember.

Vlad lay shirtless on the spakeling beach, his sword stuck into the sand and his pistols and ammunitions belts hanging off it with his shirt. In one hand he had a Vodka stinger, and in the other he had a chicken sandwitch. He felt like a million bucks.
Abaddon was dead, he was tanning, he had a girl who loved him, and booze. He was lying on a beach, half nude, with a refrshing Vodka stinger, a dead younger brother, and a chicken sandwitch, if this could get any better it would be only fit for an R rated movie.

The two black raven flew over head of the beach, though the beach wasn't her point of interest, she was just flying for the purpose of stretching her wings and gettng away form that tiresome school with those that thought they were all that when really they mere kids trying to play in the big kids leagues. She let out a caw to the other raven as she sored through the air, allowing the sea breaze to beat across her wings and gently blow against her face, it was somewhat refreshing as well as relaxing...just what she needed. With some curiostiy she decided to look down to see who else was enjoying the beach's warm graces wehn out the corner of her eyes seh spotted Vlad tanning, it was quite a funny sight and yet it made her want to to go and see him..well why not, she had come this far so why stop? Folding her wings she headed for the beach, to where Vlad was, the other Raven folowing loyally.

Even in her raven form her telekentic abilites were still active as she stopped the bullet that neared her as she reached the land and transformed back into her human form and chuckled as she picked the bullet from the air and brought it close to inspect it and chuckled. "Surely we are not getting into another fight...that wouldn't fun now would it?" She let the bullet drop to the sand and shook her head as the raven landed on her shoulder. Standing still she simply watched Vlad lying there, vodka in one hand and his chicken sandwhich in the other. It was scene which made her grin as she sat herself down.

Vlad grinned and finished his sandwitch, then pulled out another glass and poured his dear guest a drink for herself.
"Ah, I truely am sorry my dear, I thought you were a gull, I do so hate those birds, here, come drink, lie close to me so I can kiss you."
Vlad proped himself up on one elbow, and rolled over onto his side to face her, offering her the vodka he used the other hand to put away his gun.

Smiling she took the glass in her hands and sat closer to him as she took sip of her vodka. Normally she didn't like vodka, especially straight too string for her taste but she could handle it and it had been while since she had a good strong drink. Holding onto the glass the let herself lie down, and felt the sun on her skin. It was warm as the suns rays hit her skin, warming the while of her body and what was better, she was not alone and she was quite happy about that little fact. "Alchohol, sun and beach...one would wonder what you have planned" She let out a chuckle and took another drink.
