I've no clue as to what we're doing. Our band director is about to retire, but they haven't found a replacement yet. I hope we do Hairspray though.

Were doing Caliente. It has: Mambo no. 5 I need to Know and Smooth then some messed up drum break. Other than the drum break, it's awsome!

Im so mad. I am ggraduating in June and the band is playing Four Freedoms next year. Its sounds so awesome it makes me jealous. I might just have to join band again O.o

All I know it's going to be 4 movements and we're going to have this giant ramp thing as a prop. It won't know anything else til monday.
EDIT:
We had meeting this evening. Our show is called "Quest for Flight" and although it kinda sounds odd it's gonna be awesome. Our closer is "Kingfisher Catches Fire II" but I can't entirely remember the rest of the movements. Oh and we get to jump off this 7 foot ramp. I can't wait.

i dont know yet but it going to be somthing fun this year cuz we are not doing a lot of the comps this year our BD is get piss off at the marching people that do the comps

LadySephiroth91 We're doing Rise of the Samurai Warrior. Ah-Hai! Yeah, Roberds is freaking crazy with the props. I wonder if we're gonna walk over the bridge or if it'll be stable enough for that. sweatdrop

My director said that our them for next year is and Cesert/Egyptian theme. Next year's show is gong to be great!

Our show doesn't have a name yet, But it's the most amazing thing i've ever heard! The second movement is so gorgeous!! Its the best show!!! HAHA!! * GO MUNFORD*

Last season we did pirates of the caribbean it was really fun especially since after the 2nd movement our drum major and a member of the guard had a swordfight! upcoming season we will be doing "Latin Sketches"
1st movement:El Gato (already a favorite among my section, the clarinets)
2nd movement:Millennia (hated in my section)
3rd movement biggrin os Caras (all percussion so all we need to do is march lol)
4th movement:San Miguel (this song is fun to play but itll need work)
im only freshman but im one of the choices from my BD to be section leader next year WOOT!
