Yays! I do need help on the Hufflepuff though...gaia needs a yellow work harness...

Those are gorgeous! Are we supposed to get those for the games if we make the team? If so, which I totally think we should, I have a couple of suggestions:
1) Could we try to find an alternative cloak for Gryffindor? The current one looks great, but it costs to much.
2)Could each team try to come up with a fund-raiser to pay for the uniforms? Or could all the teams get together and have one big fund-raiser? Then again, the whole joined-teams thing may not work so well...
3) Could the back-ups have a slightly different, cheaper uniform? They probably won't be playing as much and might now want to spend a lot on something they'll rarely use.
Just some thoughts.

NO! WE WON"T WEAR THEM...
I've tried. The layering doesn't work. For some reason the work harness and the jacket thing don't like eachother, and I've failed to find an appropriate replacement.
And yes. They are hella expensive.

Hmm...you're right.
Perhaps during the game all the players can just wear those goggles. I believe they're pretty cheap.
I'm so behind on Ravvie tryouts...I swear you won't be in suspense much longer!
My arm is hurting - I fell into a door. x.x
Must go get ice...at least the hand doctor said it isn't broken. Typing's not fun though. Ah well...quidditch comes first!

Oh, I hope you feel better soon. There's going to be a uniform...?
I have a [random] idea! People can post 'moves' with tektek person at the top of each post, so if they change their gaia avatars during the game people don't get severely confused. (For visual people, like me...who can't remember usernames very well ^ ^')

I've got to add something! I'm not sure about Gryffindor's team, because Super was talking about it in the Great Hall...
Do Gryffindor and Slytherin have enough members to play the February game? And when is it likely to be?

Here's the order Mugglenet said the Hogwarts games are in:
Gryffindor vs Slytherin
Hufflepuff vs Ravenclaw
Ravenclaw vs Slytherin
Gryffindor vs Hufflepuff
Hufflepuff vs Slytherin
Gryffindor vs Ravenclaw
So everyone will be playing in half of the games. Ravenclaw's definitely got enough players, but does anyone else?
Are we going to follow the standard Hogwarts schedule?

Yes, I doubt that ACTUALLY WEARING the costumes is going to work; considering there are layering problems, and they are VERY expensive! Tekteks, on the other hand, are something I agree with, and will highly consider for our first game! Speaking of our first game. . . .
I know you're all VERY eager for the first game! So am I! 4laugh Here's the low-down:
Madame Hooch is awaiting letters from the Captains with finalizing information. As soon as all letters come in, (two already have), then the contest winners will be announced along with the complete list of team members and their positions!
So far, I feel as if we could pull off 4, separarte teams. If I'm worried about ANYONE, it's Gryffindor. For how much talk I've heard their making, I'm surprised they haven't been more involved! Disappointing, but, so far, we do have enough of them to play a game. If they DON'T have enough players, we could also switch around who plays who in the games a bit. 3nodding (Meaning: Instead of Gryffindor vs. Slytherin first, we could do a different set, and we may break away from Hogwarts standard temporarily). I'm REALLY leaning towards 4 separate ones; and I'd hate for one team to change my mind when we're so close. 3nodding
I will say, however: SuperKoolPartyGal101 has done a fantastic job getting the people she has. I do wish the Gryffindor's would get involved.
Also, the first game would be the practice match, so there's still SOME time to get numbers up before the REAL games start! For the practice match, it's just going to be whoever comes, plays and has fun! ^^
And, if anyone is interested, I'm on the mend! Still a bit ill, but on the mend none the less! ^^ Thanks for the well-wishes!

Whee! Oh I'm not sure if anyone pointed it out, but the seeker catching a snitch doesn't necessarily win. If they're more than 150 points behind (not very likely, but still) the team with more points will still win...
