Our concert dress is very simple:
Girls- White shirt, black pants/skirt. All black. All white.
Boys- White shirt, black pants, and a tie.

Girls: Black shirt that cannot be sleeveless, black pants/skirt, black shoes and black socks
Guys: Black necktie, white button down shirt, black pants, black shoes, black socks

We had recently changed our uniforms.
Last year the girls AND boys were required to wear red bowties, red cumberbuns, white tuxedo shirt and black tuxedo pants.
This year. The boys stick to the basic tuxedo except the bowties and cumberbuns are black.
The girls this year wear long black dresses with pearl necklaces and pearl earings.
So tell me fellow gaian band geeks. What do YOU have to wear? zomg we wear black dressed and tux too!

For Summer Concert Band, we have to wear our School's Summer band t-shirt...(God its cute and Silly... xD It has a sun on it and a islnad with music notes.. and it says SUMMER BAND 2008....) with jeans.

For my band, there is no uniform for concerts. My director puts it as 'clothes you'd wear to church.'
The exception is when we played at Carnegie Hall, and the guys wore tuxes and the girls wore black dresses.

Depends;
We have a woodwind ensemble, which wears black tux shirts with black pants. We generally just wear our solid black marching shoes. Haha.
Same for Jazz band.
Concert band wears white tux shirts, with black pants.
Girls and guys wear same thing.

Well, Boys gotta wear a white tux shirt with a green bow tie and vest, and a pair of black dress pants, shoes, and socks! And I think the boys like this uniform cause their always asking "Do we get to wear our vests?" Duh, of course stare ... And girls gotta wear long black dresses with black socks and shoes! And us girls dont like them cause it looks like we're going to a funeral >.

The concert dress code changes... In 6th grade, it was a white blouse, and black pants.
For 7th and 8th graders, it's a black blouse with black pants. ALL BLACK.

Our middle school dress code for concerts was quite ridiculous.
Standard polo shirt, but any kind of black pants/skirt/shoes you wanted.
But now, in the high school...we're given a white tuxedo shirt at the beginning of the year...which is ours to keep. But our pants...those are school-provided and assigned, we don't keep them XD

Well the girls have to wear black dresses, and the boys have to wear tuxedos, and it does get pretty hot. LOL XD

we wear white tops and black bottoms, and black shoes. or all black if you want.
the orchestra director makes fun of us for that though. He says we look like waiters and waitresses... neutral

Our BD decided we should act "professional" and wear all black to our concert this year.
The chorus did white&black, and they looked like idiots because none of them matched. Well, that and chorus is where all the band rejects go, so they look like idiots anyway. XD

hey! At the first middle school I went to, we also had the uniform of: White tux shirt, black pants, with RED bow tie, and RED cummerbund. And these really weird vests we only wore at competitions.
The second middle school I went to, we had grey slacks, white tux shirt, navy blue jacket, and navy blue bow tie. And an overlay for when we marched.
In high school, they are much nicer to us. :] I love our marching uniforms, which are black "snowpants" with a red jacket that has a sash that says EAST. For concert, guys have black tuxes, girls have black dresses.

The girls have to wear either black pants or a black skirt (below the knees) and our collared, green shirts that have a gold (green and gold are our school colours xP) embroidered pirate ship (our school logo) and our school name on the left side. I have a small, and I can almost fit another person in my shirt. xD It's kinda big. xP
The guys have the wear black pants and then collared shirts, which are the same as the girls except they have a couple buttons on the top.
