I have Sliver [awesome ^^], Nirvana, Nevermind, and Bleach.
Sliver is awesome because I heart demos. You can hear Kurt coughing during one song ><. Also, the Heart Shaped Box demo is haunting. It's so similiar but waaaaaaaay different than how it turned out. Amazing.
Bleach is so raw. Before they developed their sound in Nevermind, I guess.

Gah, I've misplaced a few (Maybe just Two, I don't think I've had a lot) of my Nirvana CDs... crying
I have managed to find Nevermind, and Sliver though, biggrin .
