It is something she was not likely to forget as it could save either of their lives. "Im glad you are taking the time to tell me these things and prepare me for our upcoming battle. I don't want to be caught unawares when we face off with the beast." For a moment he seemed to be daydreaming but he was back soon after. She vowed to do her best. She would not let her partner down nor would she fail this mission.

he could tell that he had single handedly disheartened his partner.
"hey look youll do fine...just be careful"he reassured her.
"look there hasnt been any activity for a while....lets get something to eat." he said grabbing his wallet. He was hoping that maybe hed be able to cheer her up over lunch.

Namine smiled. "Dont worry about me Von. I'll try my hardest for you and for myself. Im not planning on dying anytime soon and im sure you aren't either." She followed him glad to have something to else to do. The discussion they had wasn't one of the best. He was after all trying to stress the importance of killing the daemon, and she couldn't help but feel reluctant. She laughed to herself though. They were going to have lunch and food was always a good thing. She could eat and taste but she didn't get nourishment from it. Her body rejected food at first. But she had been able to train herself and it always surprised others that she could eat. It was the one thing she did that made her feel normal. She wondered if Von knew about this.

they walked out of the apartment only to find the girl waiting for them at the stairs.
"hello....um....wernt you going to look for information?" he saked the girl hoping that she would leave and let them be. Why was it that whenever he wanted help he couldnt find it but when he wanted to be alone he was smothered by people.

"Sorry to bother you both but...I've found a door in the swer wiht a star on it. It's under the biggest hill in town. Theres a theory that the hill is hallow. If it's down there it's behind that door. Thought you would like to take a look if not, I'll let you both be." Maddie said that trying hard not to fall over from sitting s long.Her whole body had become numb.She waited for a few moments.Then started to wonder what they were tallking about. "I thought it would have been best to bring you both to the door insted of going i becaus eif i died you would have never knowen about that door,"Maddie said smerking at Vons parter what on earth is her name??

Namine followed Von out of the hotel. When they exited they noticed the girl from before. Apparently she had been checking a certain area in town. She stood back and listened as she spoke. Von had not been to happy to see her and Namine found herself thinking he wasn't happy that either of them were around. The girl had found a door with a start on it in the sewers. Could it have been a pentagram? Namine did not like this situation at all. She looked at Von then back at the girl and realized she was smirking in her direction. What are you thinking? she thought as she looked at the child. She turned her attention back to Von it was up tu him. "Well Von what do you want to do?"

Maddie then noticed the remark of confusion come across Vons parterns Face so she sent her a telipathic messegto explain why she was smerking.'U'm smerking because My mom also left on that note that i couldent do anythign right and would be of no use to anyone.So iproved her wrong just kinda a good thing in a way.'Maddie kept waiting for Von to answer. It was ovoious he was think deeply and carfuly about what i had said.I wonder if hes gonna answer anytime soon.

Namine looked at the girl when she received the message and sent her one of her own. Darling it is a bit rude to enter someone's mind without first asking permission. I have been kind enough not to disrespect anyone by not exhibiting that power. I suggest you do the same. Namine turned to back to Von wondering what he was thinking.

After hearing what the girl said he couldnt help but re plan everything he had thought so far. Daemons dint build things...they didnt need to...If there was a door with a pentagram on it it would have to be man made.....and that meant one thing.
"Heretics....there must be heretics in town" he said to Namine.
"Girl...show us where you found this door" "Namine Looks like were going close quarters...get loaded up" he said as he reloaded his shotgun and equipped his shield.
With a jolt of a metal lever the metal sides of the Cross sprung open with a loud fling.

(sorry....was kinda baby sitting when i rote that and the kids would S*** up love kids just not theses ones -.-')
Maddie watched them put there gear on.She hoped that she wouldent be having to fight all she carryed was an army knife wouldent do much good with a demon like this.Guns were alwase a better choice of wepon or some wierd scrolling thingies her caretakes had told her about.She was relieved to see Von and his partner had carried some."This way."Maddie said motshoning for them to come with her.Soon they where at the swer drian she eneterd."Mama i sugest you hold you breath it smells somewhat like blood and flesh almost like someone died down here and it also reaks."Maddie then jumpted down covering her nose with her shirt.Waited a few moments for them to get down here.Haha wonder if they got lost or stuck.She tryed not to laugh as soon as they got down there she remberd going around a quarner then taking a quick left then another because of the fast water coming behind her.So she ran around hoping they could keep up she knew Vons parterner could she had the abiltie of a Vampire of course.A few moments later they were at the door."This is it...."Maddie whsiperd. "Does it look familar Von?"If he had fought this demon befor and the demon was there it should have been.

He strapped his shotgun to his back and climbed right in.
He coudlnt believe that he was now crawling through what had to be 70% s**t. Then again Heretics never did have there meeting places in open spaces....but a sewer?
they finally got to a place where he could stand up. and he followed the girl through the cavern like sewers. He didnt really care about getting dirty but he smirked at what Namine must be thinking. He took her for the rich fancy type. He finally stopped in front of the door and redrew his shotgun.
"ok everyone keep it down" Von said in a whisper.
"Little girl you stand back...ok....Namine after i go in wait about 10 seconds...then come in...dont make a sound untill then." he said as he inspected the door.
The door was locked most likly a bolted lock easy to break....especially with a shotgun. Hopefully his plan would work. Hed bust in his shield in front hopefully taking the first few 'oh s**t some ones there shots' from the heretics then hed fire a couple of shots with the shotgun (which will be awkward with only one hand) then ditch it and wip out a pistol and have Namine come in just in time to distract whomever is left enough for him to get a good shot. He thought his plan was pretty good. But the longer he thought about it the less he liked it. So instead of using the shotgun he figured hed burst in with one of the submachine guns and just spew lead. At least then if he missed theyd have to take cover.
"ok are you guys all ready" he whispered as he placed the shotgun on the lock ready to in a second ditch it and whip out the sub machine gun.

Maddie nondded a littel bit unsure she backed up far enough to let Vons partener ahead of hea and Von enough room to break down the door.She could still see.She was waiting for Von to go in so she could ask his partner for a scroll just incase they couldent make it threw.She also thought well if the distrackt the demon i could get behind it jump on him and put it on his chest get behind him long enough for Von or His partner to shoot him.

((Hey guys im gonna be posting on my mule for a while. Its Utsukushii Otaku))
Namine followed closely behind the others. Her nose crinkled at the smell of the sewage. She would have to clean her robes later. Working for the Vatican was a real dirty job so she had no choice but to deal with it, but if it were up to her Namine would have prefered not to deal with this. Not to mention her vampire sensibilities made her all the more sensitive to it.
She nodded her head at Von as he explained what she was to do. She took out her weapons and had them at the ready. The rifle in particular was becoming one of her favorite weapons. Afterall it had the explosive rounds. She made sure to double check herself for the scrolls and then got ready to follow Von once he gave the signal. "Be careful" she said to her partner and the girl child. Her fangs were present as the adrenaline hit her and the fact that they were going into battle.

He fired the shotgun flinching only slightly as the door shattered into splinters and swung open. Inside he saw 5 men sitting at a table...all of which not happy to see them. they seemed to be hiding in what looked like an old basement. They had already started throwing up the table as cover.
All within a second he had thrown the shotgun to the side and pushed the shield in front of him. He could have sworn a bullet had hit the shield as he pulled out the submachine gun. He pushed through the entrance firing blindly forward as he hid behind the shield. 4 seconds had passed and he heard the c***k of the magazine as it spewed the last bullet. He dropped it and drew his pistol almost immediately as he had done hundreds of times before. he moved his shield to the side slightly as to give him a view of his target.
4 lay dead...the table providing little cover. One had been shot in the leg and was now firing carelessly with a magnum. the other reaching under some cabinet for A SHOTGUN!. he quickly took aim and fired blowing a large hole in the mans chest. he quickly brought his shield back up after a bullet narrowly missed his head having being deflected by the corner of his shield. He backed up against the wall slammed the shield to the ground and took cover. One of the remaining 3 men had his own sub machine gun and was pelting his metal shield with rounds. He was counting the seconds untill Namine came in. all the while trying to hold the shield steady. The bullets hitting it shook it violently but if he let it move to much he could get shot.
