If that ever aired...I'd soo ditch American Idol and Grey's Anatomy to watch it. I'm writing a book about a marching band camp and I am having visions on what it would be as a movie blaugh

RinoaHeartilly BandGeekGirl better yet, WE could be on the show.. durr!! oh yeah, actual band geeks filling in roles of band geeks. people can listen to our lame band jokes and our wicked music. and then see how much fun band camp is, and what band camp really is about... seeing as how the producers of american pie have no idea on what happens there. Yeah, the idea sounds something like "American Pie: Band Camp." It was funny, but only semi-captured the realism of band camp. Seriously though, The idea for a band reality show sounds pretty good. Who knows, if it works, it could spark a massive band movement and more people will join band!

I'm going to start a series of stories called "Band Daze." It just seems like the best stuff happens in band. It would center around my friends and I because we're all in band. Yeah. I'd watch that show.

Yea that would be the best show ever except I have a feeling that no one else would watch it except band people but hey, that works for me. I would be obsessed with that show probably. ^^

Acid-y That.. would.. rock! Their BD should be just like Brower and then like... have a character like me.. the poor only girl tuba xd I'd call it.. call it.. 'Mark Time' and then maybe as a pun have the main guy named Mark ^^ omg so kewl i seriously would love that show!

Boo-san Don't you think it would be seriously cool to have a teen dramedy (comedy/drama) for and about band nerds? It could center around a couple of friends in their high school band, facing the normal challenges of teenager-dom and the wacky hijinks that come along with marching band! xd Do you have any ideas on a title, episodes, or characters? Or even what station it could be on or where it could take place? I don't know about you, but I think that would be an awesome show to watch! biggrin Band Nerd Drama. A High school. station:11 characters:all instruments in a band.

lol that would be an awesome show.
drumline and colorguard: feud? maybe
have an occasional solo competitions between the snares, tenors, and bass drums (lol im a bass drummer myself, 4th to be exact)
and for u wind players, do what u wish im just up for the drumline

Silver Gryphon Masquanade You know Disney Channel had a show about a like a middle school/junior high band. LIke a reality show type thing. It only had a few episodes and they have stopped airing it . . . but yeah I remember. Gryphon your story reminds of my story- but it really wasn't superheros. But the instruments did morph into weapons. Like the flute was a sword and the french horn was a whip I think (like when it was completely unraveled). Anyways . . . yeah. sweatdrop That's awesome. I didn't mention horns in my piece, but I think I'd have had them as jetpacks because the bell faces backwards. whee There's an anime and manga, Violinist of Hameln, where the main character has a cello-sized violin and he plays magic songs, and another character has a piano strapped to his back. Most of the characters are named after instruments. Oh my god! I saw that! there's this guy who has a pet bird. And the bird's name is Oboe. lol
