Yeah, I was nervous about eating sushi at first...
then my friends forced me to go to a japanese sushi bar.
It's pretty good.... I mean it's not like you either love it or hate it all the time... so if any of you haven't tried it, go for it once at least.

Same here, I do enjoy eating any sushi WITHOUT fish though. biggrin iamawsum100 Wahh!!! It's not fair!!! I wish I "could" love sushi but the problem is. I HATE FISH!!!!!! 0_0 terrible rite?

I haven't had a Japanese food for my entire life because we don't their food in local restaurants in my city nor the near cities.

I thought I'd hate sushi because normally I can't even choke down the cooked stuff. But raw fish doesn't really have that fishsticks taste. It's all about texture. (Titialia loves pickled ginger with sushi...yum)

And I totally agree about the texture. That's what always brings me back to sushi.

At one point while I was in Japan, some friends and I went to a cheap 100 yen sushi restaurant. I ended up getting five plates (each plate had one piece of sushi, and cost 100 yen) with tuna or crab, as those were the only things I could stomach. I looked across at the other table where more of my friends were, and one of them had 23 plates stacked up!

I don't do well with sushi. Its too big so it hits my gag reflex. I do love sashimi, though. What are the salmon eggs called? Those are fun to pop *lol*

Sushi can be found so easily in Hong Kong. There are cheaper but very delicious sushi sold near my house. I love eating them and i can never get tired =D Ocne i had sushi for the whole three meals of a day! sweatdrop
I really love salmon! Salmon sushi, sashimi, 大好きです！
perhaps, i might have sushi today 8D;

i love sushi, but once it comes down to it i hate fish, it's weird
i guess it's cuz of the texture like most ppl here said before
