It was impossible to ignore the battle between the old knight and the goblin berserker, but the goblin was dead before Lexenos could run to help. "Wow, that's a really awesome knight," Lexenos said while he pointed the knight out to his companions.

veinkiller A sarcastic mage at that too. He had thought to him self. He had started rummaging through his pack. After a bit he exclaimed. "Ha!" He pulls out a small orb that was clear as crystal. "This item will help you with you're magic attacks." He said as he gave her the Orb. "Use it well..." He said as he started to walk off towards the cave.
Clear Orb! "WAIT A MINUTE!" Artica yelled, waving her hands in the air at the random old guy. This situation was getting to weird to ignore. "Who the hell are you!?" She spun around to glare accusingly at Lexenos and Co. as well. "Who the hell are any of you even!"

The knight had turned around as the girl had yelled at him. "No need to yell, I simply just saved all of you're lives." He said with a booming voice.
Standing there with his hand on his sword in case she decided to attack. "I'm the founder of this town, and I must go I really need to go do something. Also that orb that I gave you, I suggest you don't lose it." He had said as he turned around and walked towards the cave.
As he had walked away he had dropped something.
Varnis was watching the whole thing as it had happened, and walked slowly over to Artica. "I wouldn't bother him if I where you. He could kill you in an instant. My name is Varnis, and this is Lex, and Luxran." He said as he pointed to his two companions.

"We where just about to go behind the Inn to kill a few snakes for the pharmacist, so we can get Luxran's sisters medicine." He had motioned towards the back of the Inn.

"I'm not from around here. I come from a town to the north. I just felt like traveling, and I ended up here," Lexenos said with a smile on his face.

Ahren waited until the mage was in conversation with the others until she slipped away. She had seen the strange man drop something, and her curiosity had the better of her. As quietly and nonchalantly as she could, Ahren sidled over to the object that lay where he had forgotten it. She let her staff slip out of her hand, picking it and the fallen object up in one movement. Ahren barely glanced at whatever she had grabbed as she dropped it in her breeches pocket. With the object in her possession, she stood a slight distance from the group, her staff by her side in a tentative grip.
((veinkiller, I tried to grab it so even I don't know what it is. Tell me if what I did is godmodding or doesn't work, and I'll edit.))

"And here, you now are," Artica inclined her head slightly before glancing thoughtfully at the sky. "I wonder if it will rain," she said offhandedly as she waited for the man's companions to answer.

"I have lived here sine I was born, I just go out a lot, and explore when I get bored. This town is so boring at times." He said as he looked around a little, wondering if anyone was listening. Looking up at the sky as Artica did. "I don't think that it should rain, if it does the we will lose our snakes, and those pesky rats will come out." Varnis said as he looked back down at Artica.

"Well, it is to get a potion for Luxran's sister. She also needs the body, so she can create stronger antidotes for the snake's poison." He had said as he looked around, trying to figure a way to get out of there. He had trouble around some new people.

Artica must have picked up on Varnis' anxiousness, because she backed up a little, giving ground. "Well, don't let me keep you," Artica implored, not moving from her new spot.
