Karrot sat up and chuckled, "Yes, I'm fine, just a little shaken."
Roma turned to Jen after she had reprimanded Bell,"You know, WE don't really care who's getting married, it's just an excuse for Karrot to cook, and for me to stay out of trouble and.... well otherwise I'm sure Aron would have his face stuck in a book somewhere."

Jen laughed as she looked at her sisters hot face. Shaking her head and mumbling something about a classic reaction. "Man you take everything so serious... no wonder you and it are together." Her laugh turned to a sour face before she continued giggling.
Bell rolled her eyes, "No that's just the way my sister is... miss comic." Bell turned back to her, "At least I have someone worth my time, you.... are sadly alone and... annoying." Her eyes narrowed slightly.
Jen got ready to say some kind of comeback, but frowned, "You got me there...." She shrugged a little and then turned back to the others, "You want help with cooking... I could read off what to do... or something. Ya know, make myself useful."
Bell smiled, "I can help out, I have nothing going on."

"Well I'm afraid there'd be nothing to read off of. I don't write down recipies. I... well it sounds kind of cheesy, but I cook from the soul. It always tastes better than a recipe, and I don't know why. I'm just good at it I guess."
Roma nodded and added, "If you really want to help, we could use some company. Or at least I would like to have someone else to talk to than these two. They have almost no sense of humor, either one of them. That and We don't know anyone here. We haven't had much chance to meet any new people."
Aron flashed his rarely seen smile and remarked,"I don't know Roma, you already met two women, and lucky you, neither of them kicked you after you hit on them."
Roma smiled back and did something very rare for him, he remained silent.

Jen blushed before looking down at the ground, "So um..." She said trying to change the subject before it became too uncomfortable, "I know you guys said you were from 6000 years back... but where?" She glanced up.
Bell smiled and shook her head lightly, taking a wall to lean on, "We would be glad to stay and keep you company." She looked at Jen, she really was taking this the way she use to. It amazed her how much her little sister hand't changed. Bell looked at the others, watching Karrot bake the cake. She had problems with human cooking, she found no desire in it, nothing that seemed like it was good enough to eat.

Aron saw Jen blushing and quickly tried to amend what may have been misconstrewed.
"I don't mean you two ladies of coarse. He met two young women at a bar before we came here to cook."
Karrot scratched his beard at Jen's question and replied, "I'm not sure exactly where it was. I suppose we were in a mountain cave after we caught the boar. But then we lived in a Huge desert. Paradise for someone like me whose power is to manipulate rock, earth, and sand. In adition the city we lived in was underground with magical artifical sunlight. I don't even think it had a name, just 'The Desert Nation'. I suppose Lord Kaiser could tell you, but I don't even know where he is. I don't even know where we are in comparison to where we were."

Jen nodded to both of the comments and glanced at Bell. Bell shrugged and added in her two cents, "And see you told us you hadn't met anyone." She smile friendly before Jen walked over. Standing by her sister had always made her feel better.
Jen looked back down at the floor, and narrowed her eyes at a crack. Trying to occupy herself from further embarrassment. This will teach me from socialising.
"Interesting, that's a lot of traveling." Bell frowned at the name Kaiser, "You know people I have not heard of... who is um... Lord Kaiser?"

"Kaiser Dante, and do you know Rike.. I believe Lina is his daughter. I met them both when I joined the Desert Nation. Lord Kaiser is just what I call him I suppose. He is the leader of the Desert Nation. Rike joined the same day I did. In fact I offered him some beef stew and he basically said 'No thank you, I'm a vampire' hehehe, oh yes. Rike didn't seem to have much of a sense of humor back then, but when I arrived here, he seemed to be openly enjoying himself. But I suppose people change in 6000 years...But not old Kaiser. well except when we got here he was doing something we had never seen him do, Socializing with a woman."
"Shortly after arriving, Roma here began to socialize with the SAME woman. Roma isn't known for his brightness."
"Well Lord Kaiser is a nice guy. believes in not killing unless it is absolutly nessecary. But he was also strong, and protected... protects I should say... His Nation and it's members with everything he's got. I'm proud to have worked for him for 8 years. before I got where I am now. I've been to Hell and back with Lord Kaiser, a few times actually. "

Tyran smiled and nodded, "Of course I will." he answered, blushing lightly at Tien's reference to Goldie, "I don't believe it would be right to call Goldie my girlfriend..." he murmrued, blushing a little more than before, "And I don't think I can lock away my own sister." Goldie gave him a sideways look but didn't say anything. She didn't blame him, she was probably the first woman to take a serious interest in him, no wonder he was slow to get it. She gave a mental long-suffering shrug. Merlin smiled when Tyran agreed to come visit, "Leave him be, Tien. If he realizes what you say is true, he'll adjust accordingly and on his own." She said gently.

At Bell's remark Roma turned around and started screaming, his hand were completely on fire with blue flames. he then ran around the building several times before sticking his hands into the fire under the boar and the blue flame vanished. He pulled his hands out and they were fine. Roma began to laugh.
"Got you, didn't I?"

Bell's eyes widened and she pushed off the wall, her hands spread apart and large ball of watering began filling the empty space. Once he stopped, she rocket the ball torwards him. She paused listening to Jen laugh her head off. Bell began laughing at the drenched man. Her hands came to her face as she mumbled I'm sorry.

Roma simply smiled as his outfit steamed itself dry, his hair and face still dripping onto his shirt but each drop steamed off.
"My brother and I charmed our outfits to always be dry and clean, stains steam out as well, and it just plain repels dirt."
Karrot chuckled at this and held out one hand and sand nearly poured out from his shirt into a ball the size of a fist in his open palm.
"My shirt is practically made of dirt. I need it to be, otherwise I could not manipulate it when it's in the way."
Karrot dispersed the sand back into his shirt and chuckled again.

You speak to me as you have some semblance of sanity within you. Dorien said, allowing her to lead him away. He had other things on his mind to care about the elemental grabbing him...even if it was driving him insane.

Tyran frowned slightly, having the oddest feeling he was comepletely out of the loop somewhere. The word 'idiot' appeared in his mind a few times, but he just couldn't place it. Could he really call Goldie his girlfriend?

Seine laughed, 'It's amazing how little you know....' The wind picked up and the two of them began to float in the brisk air, 'My creativity must have gun with my sleep, so the fun in the town will be completely improvised.... be my guest to help.' Her girly giggle escaped her lips as she tried for a destination.
Bell's laugh hushed as she shook her head lightly, "Well good uses of your... materials."
Jen was still giggling a little, the drenched wet man couldn't have been any more hysterically funny.

Lina knocked upon Merlin's door, not surprised when she sensed so many other being within it. She was the eyes and ears of the city afterall. She looked up at the roof as the all too familiar presence of the two leaders began to leave. One was Seince and other she knew was Dorien for it made he feel like ice. She frowned, then why did Kari feel the same way?
