It won't matter when she is able to talk or start to be at the age where she says no and acts out. Firstly, I can ignore the talking if I want to, and secondly, I'm like Unohana when it comes to children. That one look and they just know to be good. I've never had a kid act out when I'm watching them. Or, to be more precise, they've never done it more than once. What can I say, I'm intimidating.
