What I wouldn't give to go to a con. I haven't been to one in ages!
Particularly any con with Kaja and Phil Foglio. Their comic Girl Genius is simply marvelous.~

OKay, this is going to sound really fan-girl-ish, but I'm really happy right now.
So, flash-back two years. While at Anime Expo, I missed seeing Steven Blum by... it must have been 15 minutes or so.
Today, he was signing at the con, and they cut off the line for the 3-4 signing at 2:15ish. I got there at 2:30. So I once again, missed it. I then formed the "Maybe if there is time" line. And we didn't make it in. But he then went to the panel he was going to be in, and they told us that he might do a signing there after, but don't get your hopes up.
So we went and watched it. At the end someone quickly got up to the stage and asked if he would take a picture with him. I had joined up at the front of the stage at this point, and it looked like he was walking off, and not returning. But he came around to the side of the stage and did some autographs. I was the second in-line for this.
I told him that I missed him by 15 minutes twice, and he said he was sorry about that and gave me a hug before signing something for me.
So yea, I got to meet my favorite voice actor after I thought I wasn't going to be able to. And he gave me a hug!
(BTW, He's been my favorite voice actor for a while before he was ever announced as Vincent. )

I can't think of anyone I truly wish to meet. o_O I wouldn't know what to say to them. ("Them" being like...Sean Bean and Meg Ryan and Liam Neeson.)

Heh, I just kinda rambled about how I had missed him twice, and how I almost wore my Vincent cos-play that day as well. (He said I should have. Next time I shall.)
Normally I dun know what to say at all, and just kinda say 'Hello'...

Until he was V I didn't even realize his voice was so awesome because I was too busy looking at his face... *is giant fangirl*
