I'm really beginning to suspect that Kai is the only sane person in this world.
He suppressed a chuckle at the thought, the woman's story had calmed him down if only because it pulled him away from his own problems, "Well then tie the ******** down. Of course if you try anything funny you'll be subject to that "vulgar throat-cutting" you so despise. Or perhaps leaving you naked in the woods with broken limbs and no supplies would be a more suitable punishment," He looked her up and down sneering, "No one's ever accused me of being gentle."
(Hmm, I'm starting to like posting Pix's thoughts along with his actions, adds a bit of humor. And yes Eva, Pix loves being a hypocrite, he'll condemn you for things he actually approves of.)

She chuckled throatily.
"That was an if, sir. Now, why would I try anything funny? It's of no benefit to me to do so. Besides, this situation is amusing enough without further contribution. I'll find a nice waterfall if the mood strikes me."
She stood up and slipped towards the sleeping man, dropping her pack beside him and pulling out a few thin leather ropes. Leszya began to gently wrap them in intricate, loose knots around his wrists and ankles, connecting them to the armrests and legs of the chair. Although the bindings were ridiculously loose, she looked up midway through and shot a warning glance around the room. Once he was sufficiently covered in the loose bindings, she chose a few loops and ran a final rope through them, pulling it taut. As she pulled, the ropes began to tighten until the sleeping elder was firmly bound to the chair. She tied a final few knots, standing up and brushing her knees off.
" There we are, easiest way to do it without waking them. Of course, you won't know how good a job I did until he comes to, but it's never failed me before. And I doubt anyone wants to test it out for themselves."
(( That just makes things a lot more interesting, Pix whee . Ttyl, Dragon! ))

What an interesting feeling, I've never been so disgusted and turned on at the same time... Well there was that once, but I blame it on that crackpot medicine I had taken before hand.. He didn't like her, at all. From the way she moved to the way she reacted to the situation at hand. But, fact was had he not put such an effort to seduce Andrea he would have gladly volunteered to be put in bonds. "I believe we owe each other some introductions. My name is Pix, I'm going to go ahead and assume that you are not a nameless entity of unimaginable cruelty." He crossed his arms and grinned.

"No?" she frowned. " That's disappointing, Pix, it may have benefitted me." Her grin matched his. Her pose, however, remained relaxed, though she moved one hand to her hip.
" My name is Leszya. And no, I'm not withholding my last name to maintain mystique. I have no other names." She looked around the room. " I assume you all have names, too?" her eyes flashed with amusement. " Or pehaps someone would like to give me a little information about this endeavour of retrieving information, such as the purpose. Although I assume I won't be enlightened and I don't particularly begrudge you that."

Holy s**t, she's me. "They do, but as I ever do love the sound of my own voice, I'll explain. Not to mention that you obviously have no need to know everything just yet." He took his loose fitting jester outfit off for dramatic affect, exposing his bare arms and torso knotted with scars, removing the hat his hair fell around his face instead of the usual tail he kept it in. "I'm a mercenary previously leader of the Harlequins, I've been hired to make sure these little kiddies don't die while we face some sortof land-fish, and that old geezer knows something about them. Does that satisfy you?" That last sentence was delivered with a slightly different inflection, meant to discretely suggest something else.

Gregor's ears had perked up the instant he heard the new women talking of precious metals stolen from a merchant. He might ask her later to see what else she stole. Some of his supplies were running low and she might have what he needed. When the introductions started he waited until she said her name and then responded, "My name is Gregor Van-Ahlers." as he made a sweeping bow. As he stood back up he added, "Also I might be interested in purchasing some of your newly acquired materials.". He didn't really trust Leszya, but he figured that you don't really need to trust someone to do buisness with them. He smirked as he saw a slight suprise on Pix's face, the two acted remarkably alike, but he doubted that she had gone through half of what Pix had.

Leszya's already arched eyebrow shot up further, and her grin widened. She was resisting the urge to laugh out loud.
" Land-fish!" she shook her head a little, delighted. " Well, that certainly sounds like an amusing adventure. I've heard of the Harlequins, quite the merry band a marauders." she nodded slightly " A pleasure to meet their leader. I do appreciate the information, Pix, but I'm afraid I'm never satisfied." Leszya made it quite clear that she had caught the inflection. This was turning into a very interesting day.
She turned to Gregor, returning his bow with a smooth curtsy. " A pleasure, Gregor Van-Athers." Her grinned moved to a small smile as he mentioned an interest in purchasing her wares. " Perhaps I have what you seek..." she walked over to her pack, picking it up and slipping the buckle back in place. She reached down to her waist where her dreadlocks ended and removed a small, intricately carved bead that gleamed gold. " Something of this nature, I assume. Or something I haven't yet confided?"

Gregor smriked when she mispronounced his name. He knew he should have just told her his first name, it's always easier. Returning to the matters at hand he looked at the bead she had pulled from her pack. He almost felt sorry for whatever merchant she had robbed, he had lost a great amount of money not that it would due him much now anyways. He reminded himself that he was in the middle of a conversation and asked, "Would your wares happen to contain herbs of any sort?" He knew that she probably had anything he needed when it came to metals, but for now he was more interested in acquiring some more herbs. He would possibly check out the metals she had later once he finished getting what he needed.

Alright now that he had finished what had to be the most disturbing sexual fantasy he had ever thought up of, he remembered he should probably be doing... Things...
Damn I'm out of it.
"Greg, watch the b*****d, I need a hot bath. These joints ain't what they used to be." Despite being reasonably tall, 5"7, and having an athletic physique, broad shoulders and all, Pix was in fact getting old, even if his face looked like that of someone in their early 30's, "If any one of the opposite sex wishes to join me, they're more than welcome." This was obviously directed towards Andrea, but he wasn't gonna kick anyone out of bed for spilling crumbs.

Leszya laughed lightly, glancing over at Pix.
" I doubt anyone here has enough money to buy that."
She looked back at Gregor, a strange expression across her face. " Unusual, most unusual. Most people seek the gold, but I suppose one such as yourself, presumably, is in need of something most people don't understand the value of." She eyed her pack. "There are a few matters that need to be discussed. Initially, what do you need these herbs to do? Make a man sleep, hallucinate, salivate, relinquish himself to the throes of ecstacy, or die slowly and painfully?" her smile returned. " And what will I be given in exchange?"
Her eyes narrowed.
" He's usurped my bath. I'm next."

Gregor nodded his head at Pix to let him know he would. It didn't take much to was a bound man anyways. "How about any and all of the above?" he said pulling out his own pack. From inside he pulled out a smaller bag stored towards the bottom. He opened it showing a good sum of gold coins, figurines, and plain ore along with coins from various areas and of many values. "I think that price isn't too big of an issue." He mentally counted how much gold he would make off some of the books in the previous room, finding the sum to be worth twice what he had here. He also pulled out a small book in which he had recorded and sketched practically every herb he had come along with their uses written next to the sketches.
