TeaDidikai His wedding was yesterday. Why do I feel so ill. I dread the day that feeling hits me. I dread the feeling of finality.

CuAnnan Aino Ailill I was reading through this thread and am thus obligated to annouce that I have lost the game. Physician, heal thyself I came upon a doctor Who appeared in quite poor health. I said There's nothing I can do for you you can't do for yourself. He said Oh yes you can, just hold my hand. I think that that would help. So I sat with him a while and asked him how he felt.
He said I think I'm cured. No, in fact I'm sure. Thank you, Stranger For your therapeutic smile.

It touched you the way I would The scent intoxicated us I was such the fool
and the breath was stalled And I sent a prayer
Did we waste our precious time Playin' a sickly pantomime
Did you really feel Was I playin' at bein' real?
You'd had been happy ta see me cry. And he's gone
We lay awake at mornings noon And laughed about flying- jumping far too soon
Could we have missed if we aimed for the grass beneath us
No. No we can't. And it's all just fallen' away
And she's gone. I saw the dream die in your eyes
I used to laugh at the way you saw the world And how I served
Since then we grew apart In science and art
And now the hush falls over us There'll be no undoing it And we can't go back How I wanna go back To that place you made me feel
Like everything and nothin' was real
You taught me what it meant to be What it was to see the poetry through 'nothers eyes
. And it won't change how I see you now I'm still your fool And you're just a clown
Cause ya need to learn which dreams are real And which dreams are there to seal To close the laughter off inside And those dreams that we can both abide
You never really knew me did you You only knew yourself as I saw you
And now we're gone. Yes we're gone.

So this is what the other side of the hill looks like!
"Leanfaidh mé mar a leanann mo chroí ag buaileadh liom Leanfaidh mé mar go bhfuil mé fós beo Leanfaidh mé ar an luas a ritheann liom ag an am Leanfaidh mé mar go bhfuil mé fós beo Leanfaidh mé fiú más rud é nach mbíonn fios mo shlí agam
Tá saol agam, Tá súil agam, Tá rogha agam, Tá rún agam, Tá bád agam, Tá cuan agam, Tá tonn ar mo thrá, Tá scéal agam, Tá siúl agam, Tá deis agam, Tá duais agam, Tá cás agam, Tá cúis agam, Tá fonn ar mo ghrá"
(Trans: I'll keep going As my heart keeps beating with me I'll keep going Because I'm still alive I'll keep going At my pace in my own time I'll keep going Because I'm still alive I'll keep going Even if I don't know my way
I have a life, I have an eye, I have a choice, I have a secret, I have a boat, I have a bay, There is a wave on my shore, I have a story, I have a walk, I have a chance, I have a gift, I have a case, I have a reason, My love desires.)

Contextually, if nothing more, it makes a bit more sense. Edit:.... nope, you were right..... I gotta go relisten to that song to make it make sense now. Because it doesn't anymore.

Yeah, I went to their own site to make sure the lyrics I heard were right As Geailge, and thats the translation they gave... Ronan sings so damn fast that I genearally only catch the repitative chorus'... generally catching only about 20 to 40 percent of the lyrics of any given song.

Deep sea, the sea, the sea Unending, unbinding, unknown She calls to me, to me, to me A pace to maintain Frivolity abstain Two weeks remain
Deep ocean, the ocean, the ocean Unadorned, undiminished, unbarred Beseeches devotion, devotion, devotion A discipline to obtain Disorder refrain Two weeks remain
Briny blue, the blue, the blue Unyielding, unleashed, unmovable Asking her due, her due, her due A tradition to sustain Pride attain Two weeks remain
