So we're having some advice that we gave out bite us in the butt, but not in the bad way, in the way it should, we guess.

So in the email, he managed to claim that my doctor doesn't have a doctorate and that I need to get a second opinion.

You know despite the fact that I've seen three doctors who all have phDs in psychology or in medical biology and have come to the same damn conclusion. I recall mentioning something along these lines in the letter.

I'm pissed off not only about this but also because he saw it fit to tell me to change my last name. And after spouting all this bullshit at me in an email, he proceeded to tell me not to contact him directly until further notice. I presume because of his security clearance.

But if it's just him being a child then he basically did the equivalent of PM dropping and ignore listing. Like a goddamn M&R fluffy. I've lost probably around 80% of the respect I had for him.

That drink is looking better and better. Well drinks rather.

Indubitably. But I worry that I'm doing something wrong, but then as Gho's reminding me, I worry that I'm always doing something wrong. Mayhaps I should be less insecure gonk

Absolute certainty is comforting, but it can also be the realm of the Zealot and the Fanatic. For most of us non-omniscients, a little extra thought is often a good thing.
As for the other issue... I live in my insecurity these days, so I can't help much with that.

On an aside, very few entities I have encountered speak English. I don't think I trust most of the ones who do. sweatdrop

Odd. All mine do. Well, they're thoughtforms, so HAHA but yeah, whenever I encounter something outside myself, it doesn't speak english.

But why distrust the ones that do?

It's 12:30, I have to be up and off to school and work for 13 hours straight tomorrow morning at 5am, and the neighbor girl is playing hiphop directly into my window so loud it's shaking the glass. wtf.

Prolly not a great idea. I've got a poor history with alcohol.

Nope. Eight hours on, and then pinch hitting off the clock.

Dear reproductive system,

You suck.

No love,
DDog.

It's a good thing humans don't remember physical pain very well, or females would never even get to the birth part. Rip that s**t out in the first place.

Cue: puppy in ball of paingst.

I don't know exactly what's going on, I probably missed something earlier as I did just join this guild recently. : I think you're talking about your father? Correct me if I'm mistaken. At any rate I know how the get a second opinion feels, I had the worst luck with therapists back in the day when I started coming as a ts to my therapist. She told me to not think about it and try to just deal with my depression so I could function in society...As if there was a great disconnect from my "depression" and my gender dysphoria. As far as being cut off from communication though, that must be terrible.

Bottom line: I like the people I work with. My supervisors, my boss, his boss and my fellow teammates. If they need help- I'm going to do what I can.
