Del pedaled as nimbly as she was able through the forest, Sperra a few feet behind her. The aging Manetric tried to keep up, and was managing well enough. A flash lit the forest nearby, and Del turned and pedaled that way, barely not falling over in her haste. Eventually, the undergrowth got too thick for her bike, and she recaleld it, continuing on foot towards where she had seen the flash. She looked around. Torn underbrush and hoofprints marked where the Zebstrika had passed. She began following it. The intensity of the trail meant that even Del could follow it. She wasn't a particularly good tracker, but... She saw a shape on the ground and rushed forwards. The tree was still shaking from the impact, its leaves rustling softly. The trail continued... had the pokemon run ahead? Del turned her attention to Shikari's form on the ground... she knelt down and took out her First Aid kit.
Sperra looked on, very concerned about that path. And also that they were in the middle of a dark forest. She sparked in her nervousness, illuminating the clearing dimly.
Jan glanced up at the deerling, smiling at him. He was nearly done with the interesting bits of the picture. "Wanna see?" he tilted the sketchbook towards the deerling. He pet the buneary, but he was trying to be... well... slow moving and nonthreatening. This was, frankly, one of the higher points in his life: sketching while surrounded by pokemon.

Shikari started to wake up. "Owwww..." and then "Where's Chiyo?"

"No idea." Said Del, checking Shikari's head for serious injuries. Nothing external, but she knew that tricky things could happen inside the head. "How are you feeling? Any Dizziness? Disorientation?"

Despite Shina's best attempts, the group had fallen apart a bit in the forest. The gloom was particularly dark here, dense branches tangled overhead to block out the sun. There was a slight clearing, if it could even be called that, that mostly seemed to be the result of a few larger trees' canopies choking out the rest of the large growth around them, and what seemed to be old signs of some pokemon battle that had wiped out most of the undergrowth in the immediate area.
Tugging Rasha around to face the group, Shina stood in the stirrups and looked over the group. Seeing the rather spread out group, what there was visible of it, Shina made a decision. "Okay, short break! Gather close, make sure to stay together! We've lost some people, let's take ten and give the stragglers a chance to catch up. Do not wander off! Stay in sight of the group! This is not the camp for the day, just a quick pause! Feel free to make a little noise, in case anyone has lost track of the group!"
((Hey all! Sorry for the long delay! We are back in action though, with some stuff planned soon! After the Halloween event closes, we will be having a massive swarm descend upon the Caravan! If you have acquired a pokemon in the Halloween event, or have another new pokemon you would like your caravan trainer to catch, toss them in! You will, of course, be the one to catch that particular pokemon, but I would love to have a massive swarm descend all at once, some capturing chaos, and when we count them up, there will be one extra left over for some lucky trainer to catch!))

Archie made it up safely to a tree branch and glanced around. He didn't spot any trainers heading this way. Deciding that everything was a-okay he jumped to a nearby tree. He paused when he saw a flash of another pokemon running by and tossing it's trainer. He then heard other trainers come and address the fallen one as Shikari. This was a problem as they were drawing closer to the Rocket base. He jumped out of the tree and raced after the Zebstrika. "Hey stop! Don't go that way!" He squawked. If he didn't get that pokemon to turn around his trainer would be quite mad at him.
Doyle watched as someone else caught the Pachirisu and then the girl with the Zebstrika went running off as the horse like pokemon got spooked. "Yeah we might be in some trouble." He said pointing with his head at the disappearing Zebstika, "Hopefully Archie will do something about them." He then heard Shina call out for a break. Looking back at Gen and raised a brow. "Should we slip off and find them before trouble finds them?"

It wasn't the shouting which caught the legendary's attention but the scent of human food being thrown at him. Catching it between his teeth he crunched happily upon it. The sparks which surrounded him died off. When he was finished the Raikou hoped for more, but none was thrown his way.
When the group stopped the legendary began to hope once more. Usually when they stopped that meant that they were going to eat. Being the glutton that he was, he liked this part of the journey.

Zephar had been wandering with in the woods for quite some time now. Clyde trailed behind him, he had given up riding the Zebstrika as soon as the woods became thick. The two had been training with in the woods, but the man's true intentions were to find a strong pokemon to add to his arsenal. The Zebstrika was strong yes, but Clyde still had a bit of a tendency of avoiding his orders. There were many times were they had lost battles because of the electric pokemon's stubbornness. It pained him to think this but he needed a bit more of a reliable pokemon for the future. Clyde might be it one day but currently that was not the case.

Jan turned to look at the group as they gathered down the path a ways. "Oh!" he exclaimed to his models, "I guess we're stopping!" He lifted his sketchbook to show it more fully to the deerling. "It's you! Do you like it?"
Chocolate pressed into his hand, grinning. It felt really nice. "Bun!" she squeaked, nudging his hand. Do it again!
Jan, slightly surprised, pet her a bit more purposefully. She had such nice soft fur. "You're a cute buneary... You're also cute." he said, turning to the deerling again. He didn't want them to feel left out!
Sperra barked once at the archen and sparked at it before settling down (somewhat). She really wanted to be out of here.
"Well, you look fine..." said Del to Shikari, standing up a moment and stretching, "Do you need any help?"

Genesis shook her head, turning her attention away from the going-ons to respond to Doyle. She glanced a Shina with her eyes: it would be suspicious to wander off right after the group leader had asked them to wander off right after Shina had asked them not to.
"I'm sure Archie will be able to take care of it," she said quietly. If there was any doubt, she could always send Atlas, too. His hypnosis may prove itself useful in the situation, should it be required.

"Try to stay together, everyone! We're just taking a short break to let stragglers catch up!" Shina called loudly. Seeing the look on the Raikou's face, Shina reached into her saddlebag and pulled out one of the ubiquitous oat-nut-fruit bars they had taken to making every morning with the deliberately left-over portions of the massive batches of oatmeal. The snack bars were popular with both humans and pokemon, and excellent travel food. She tossed the bar to the legendary. Shina knew full well the legendary was only with them for the food, so if she wanted the pokemon to stick with them and carry packs, she had to keep him fed. If he ended up staying with them to the mountains, he would be very helpful. His cat-like form would be able to handle getting over any blocked passages much better than hoofed pokemon like Ponyta, Zebstrika, or Tauros.

Gepardo watched the feeding of a legendary with some interest, he tapped his sketchbook lightly but couldn't find the energy to want to draw it. He tilted his head lightly as he tried to mentally calculate the pros and cons of keeping such large wild pokemon around.

Rory finally caught up with the main group; at least he figured it was the main group as the one he figured was the leader told them to try to stay together. What caught his eye, however, was the legendary pokemon the group had with them. He made sure the Pachirisu was sitting safely on his shoulder before pulling out his camera to take pictures of the Raikou.

Joey took the time to stop and breathe now that they weren't moving. The Rampardos he had met earlier seemed like it was going to stay with them. Joey didn't have any pokeballs, so he hadn't tried to catch it yet. He probably should do that. He walked over to the caravan leader. "Um, Shina, do you have any extra pokeballs? I forgot to buy some," Joey said. The caravan leader looked surprised, but pulled out a pokeball for him. "Thanks," Joey said, embarrassed. He headed back over to where he had left his bike and pokemon.

Valarie released a sigh of relief when the Archen ran up the tree. She held back her laughter when it hugged the tree to climb up. Valarie then slowly started to wander back to the group to watch the travelers quietly from behind the trees and bushes. As she was going back, a Zebstrika ran past her; it surprised her enough that Valarie almost fell down. She watched the Zebstrika run away with a very shocked expression on her face and then continued her way back to the group.
When Valarie found the group again, she quietly hid behind a tree and watched a Raikou. You don't see a Raikou everyday. Then, she realized this was the same Raikou she took a picture of a while ago. She open her large bag and grabbed her sketchbook and pencil to start drawing the legendary Pokemon.
