By the time Jak had everything clean and the pipe fixed it was 6:00pm and she was not only filthy but tired and grumpy. She decided to head up to Diablo's room to take a bath. On the way she stumbled upon the three amigos conversing in the hallway. At first she was going to duck around the corner and hide but she changed her mind. She walked over to them in her filthy oil covered state and said, "What are you three talking about?" Her grumpiness showed clearly on her face.

"Escudero," El Diablo Loco replied, then kissed Jak on the lips, "Once we do what we need to do, we're going after him." He tucked the napkin that held his sandwhich into his pocket, then finished the last drop of his beer.

Jak made a noise deep in her throat. She replied in a monotone, "Good. Can we get rid of the jerk in the brig first? I can smell him all the way up here." Her gaze flicked from one person to the next before it settled on Diablo.

El Diablo Loco didn't like that she didn't return the kiss, but he let it slide. He nodded and replied to her, "Yes, we can. We're dropping him off at Glacia with Alberto." Diablo wanted to have one last talk with Sid before they docked in Glacia, he wanted to see if Sid really was telling Kat the truth, '. . . Maybe I should've had her do him some sexual favours in exchange for information. . .'.

"Like I said he is our next target after we get rid of Sid. Which if you would excuse me, its time for me to see if I can't get anything more out of him." Imogen tapped her cane and then walked straight through knowing who ever might be in the way would give way. One thing good about being blind people let you through all the time. Pity or not it was nice to not have to ask.

Jak looked up at Diablo again and said, "We done here? Good." She grabbed his hand and started walking away in the direction of his bedroom.

Kat followed behind Jak and Diablo with one thing on her mind, the rest of her money.

El Diablo Loco found himself being dragged to his room by Jak, with Kat following close behind. That was when he remembered he had to pay her.
Once the three got to his room, he had Kat wait outside for a moment so he could get to his stash of Gold. Diablo opened his safe, grabbed a bigger bag, then shut the door. Afterwards he took it to Kat and he said, "Thanks again!" and smiled just before shutting the door and locking it.

As soon as Diablo was occupied Jak went to his wardrobe and pulled out one of his older looking shirts. She heard him come in and lock the door. "I need a bath. I had a slurry pipe bust on me and I had a terrible day fixing it!" She slumped over slightly and pouted. She held up the shirt, "Can I barrow this?"

El Diablo Loco walked up to Jak, and with a smile he asked, "Absolutely!" Diablo put on a smirk, then started to wipe Jak's face off with the rag he found in her shirt, "Are you going to go clean up?" he asked, knowing the answer would be a 'Yes'.

Jak nodded, "Yeah.I'll be quick." Her pout turned into a look of frustration as she lowered her gaze to his chest. "I hate days when I get this dirty...I really need a hug."

El Diablo Loco smiled, not caring if she got his new shirt dirty he put his arms around her and embraced her tightly, ". . . Need anything else?" He kept his smile as he began to gently sway back and forth.

"Heard you wished to discuss things further former Captain Sid," announced Imogen as she walked down the steps to the brig.Speaking like this was the most annoying thing she had to do she sat on a low stool. It took her a minute for the darn had been moved. Now sitting in front of Sid she waited for his reply.

"No," said Jak. The tension eased out of her shoulders as she hugged him back. "I just want to get this gunk off of me and relax."
Sid was lying in the floor with his eyes closed trying to ignore his splitting headache. Usually by now he would have already drank his way through a couple bottles of his favorite rum. He felt horrible and wanted nothing more than to get out of the stupid brig. He opened one eye when he heard Imogen come in but didn't bother to sit up as she took her seat. He needed to keep his temper if things were going to work.
"Thanks for coming to see me, Captain," his voice sounded strained even to him. He cleared his throat and attempted to speak a little more clearly. "Yes, I would like to talk. No doubt by now you have been informed of my situation by Miss Kat. I do not want to harm anyone but I would like to make a request if it is at possible."

El Diablo Loco kissed the top of her head, then he said playfully, "We should get some other kind of gunk on you." and winked. Of course he was only half kidding, but he knew it would put a smile on Jak's face.
