does a s-rank mission really have to mean hard? i mean it could just be a very very important mission right?

And i dont know if the mission is hard or not i was just putting it out there. i mean it could be a suicide mission in which you guys would die very quickly

I wouldn't put them on that sort of mission. But technically speaking it could be suicidal considering the fact that it's an S-Rank mission.
