Lance Fulgurant 2 at genin, 3 at chuunin, and 4 at jounin, I'm not sure that it's ever stated in the rulebook, but these are the numbers at the moment this is a response Lance said in this thread after i asked him that question.

Did that person he was answering have taijutsu and Weapon Spec? Because honestly if All I get is the title for Tai and wep Spec, then that just totaly sucks...

Taijutsu specialist you get to be stronger then everyone else and takes less posts to learn taijutsu...
Weapon specialist mean it takes less posts to learn weapon style/jutsus and are able to do 1 hand jutsus at jounin rank...
edit: it dosnt say anything about being able to learn more of anything then anyone else

Maybe because the rules in the village were made before he did his ruling of the set amount of styles but never changed it in the village?

One question about my own summon: er, how am I suppose to get it if I:
A) was denied for example towards how it was suppose to be about
B) Cannot edit it for the fact the customs are closed.

im pretty sure you are able to edit old custom proposals, you just cant submit anything new.

The dragon summon was already accepted, except I needed to edit Suna's feather ability, the summon Aoi was suppose to get; because she was becoming a medic.

Please don't submit anything just yet. Once the customs are reopened go ahead, but we don't want anything new. Even old stuff that hasn't been looked at for a long time is something new in this case.

IT WAS ALREADY ACCEPTED!
I needed to edit the light feathers, cuz Gregar didnt understand it >.< And I dont know if I can have Aoi's summon until that is done.
Hence the question.

Well, if you could wait until the customs are reopened and then go over it with Gregar, that would probably still be best.
