It was close, but somehow, Sky managed to come away with the Quaffle. She held it close and flew down the field, glancing around for her other teammates. She would feel safer with someone flying along beside her, she figured.

Just half a second too late, Hufflepuff came up with the quaffle. Now that won't do. Spurning her broom around to chase the culprit in question, she snatched a hand out hoping to steal from Kyson's little sister, Skylar.
Coming up with the quaffle in her hands, she raced for the goal posts. It wasn't the best steal in her life, but it was enough to get her the ball and that was all that mattered.

Lionel found the snitch quickly, the ball zooming past his face. He took off after it in haste. He didn't know if the Slytherin Seeker was closely following him so that put a lot of pep in his flying. As he flew closer, a bludger came searing past him by mere inches. He did his best to pay no mind to it, but that bludger had been so close to hitting him that it was unbelievable. Lionel was almost caught by surprise, but his gaze down on the snitch proved to be unwavering and he did not lose it in all of the craziness. He grew closer to the snitch.

Emma got ready in the air for the toss up. When the quaffle was up Skylar and Savannah went for it. Surprisingly the first year got her hands on the ball. However Savannah quickly got the ball back for Slytherin. Emma wasn't going to leave it at that. Going after the girl in her year, she was determined to get the ball back.

Getting into the air Raymond watched the toss go up. Ultimately Hufflepuff got the ball but Savannah quickly got it back. Following closely after Emma who tried to steal the ball, he took a breath. Neither Skylar or Emma was able to get the ball from Savannah. Following along side Savannah he was there prepared to help up if needed. For now the older girl had this.

He missed. Too bad, too. Tempted to try and pursue their seeker again, Tristan decided to take aim at their beater instead. Particularly Zeph. Maybe he'll get a good hit in before the game is over. Just because he's finally over the whole jealous thing doesn't mean he always has to play nice.

Hannah laughed aloud and hugged Emma when her friend arrived on the pitch. "You're just in time," she told her friend. "I'll try to keep the Bludgers off your tail if I can. This is our time to shine, Emma."
When the game started, Hannah launched herself into the air, and started casting about for a target to go after. Already, Tristan had taken shots at Lionel and Zeph, both times nearly catching her teammates with his shots. Swooping around, she lined up a shot at a Bludger, and took a swipe at Tristan. 'Let him dodge a couple,' she reckoned.

Leon had been watching the back and forth between Tristan and the other players for a while. He hadn't seen anything connect yet, which made Leon clench his teeth. Aimee hadn't been successful with her seeking yet, or at least he didn't think she had been. Nevertheless, he swooped in and decided to take aim at the bludger that the younger Puff beater had aimed at Tristan, deciding to aim at Lionel.
