Wylr, Nightmare Before Christmas wasn't originally Disney. They rejected the idea because it wasn't kid-friendly enough and a different production company picked it up instead (can't remember what, though). Disney then bought the company, or bought the rights to Nightmare, I'm not sure which, but they got ahold of Nightmare after it was created.

Also, after watching Grease, I noticed that we always thought of the older generation more of being more, I dunno the word, not like us though. As though they weren't adventurous or anything. Although, knowing what I know about HSM, and then watching Grease, our teen movies today are filled with s**t. They suck.
I mean, in Grease, there was a song dedicated to building a p***y wagon; a car that will make chicks cream. Lulzy right? Plus, Rizo gets pregnant, and there's smoking everywhere. Drinking too if I remember.
In high school. That's where Grease is set.
In High School Music, I'm pretty sure I heard that it took three movies for Zac Efron's character to get a real kiss from his girlfriend.
