* as he comes down he is cought off guard and is hit , as he falls back he lands on his back, and springs up ready to continue as he hulds his stoumac* im just burning off some frustrations here, sparing with you ias always a great way to do it * he sprints twards her , jumps into a twisting cartwheel and into a flying corkscrew kick trying to eith knock her out or catch her neck between his legs and sweep her into the air*
