Lucind Varhetel His son. The son of... That meant - unless she'd misunderstood Ezekiel's words - Victor had taken his brother's genetic make-up and that of the priestress to create this boy. Or maybe even more beings like him. From a mere objective point of view it made somehow sense, 'breeding' such obedient creatures. The psychological aspect of this deed however... Does Vahn know about this?Also, Lucind wondered if the man was fully informed about his brother's plans and was now here to stop him. "Your unusually quiet." The flat voice would merely serve to brake her out of her thoughts and back into reality. He'd already walked away from the shattered side of the glass 'cage' which encompassed much of the garden. "Victor will come for you soon... Are you prepared?"

*Rave shrugged and took a quick look over the edge towards Sun with a smirk that he likely wouldn't see* Heads up sweet stuff whee
*She took the shorter end of the rope, looking at Vahn* all joking aside, he is still bigger and heavier than the both of us and we will need a little help to hold him steady sweatdrop
*she held out the short end of the rope to him, wondering if he was mad at her and Tell about them insisting on coming, knowing now that the both of them would have been better left to die slowly back in Strata, instead of always under the boys feet like they were now... but that was all just conjecture, she would never presume to even attempt to read his mind, and that was presuming that she could!*

Lucind chuckled and it still sounded friendly.
"I don't even know what Victor wants me to do. Ah...of course, he did tell me a lot, but I'm not filled in on the exact process of...the realization of his dream.
Also-" She smiled at the boy.
"I never promised Victor to really help him."

Ezekiel stared towards her, his dead eyes emotioneless even as he apparently made the slight 'threat'.
"He had his heart set on gaining your favour... I hate to think what would happen if you attempt to back out now."

Only during the second half of her sentence the faint smile had vanished - but returned soon after.
"And if a forced song, the song of an unfree, manipulated will still worked, what else would it show than that the new Eden is build on lies?"

The rope slid through his hands as he hesitated. Then with a soft sigh, he swung himself out and started upwards, causeing dust and debris to cloud down to the lower levels in his wake.
If he got up to the level the others were in, he'd haul himself over the edge, covered in dust, bites and scratches, even the sun designs were blurred along his body. A knick had even been taken out of one of his ears.
He'd rest on the edge a few moments while the others collected themselves.

Tellus threw her arms about the imp that liked to call himself Sunstrike and bit his ear. Just a bit of a love bite but still. "Don't EVER scare me like that again or I'll turn you into a popsicle." But she was hugging him too tightly to really be angry.

Tellus leaned back. "I can't do this Sunny. Call me a coward, but I just can't." She then looked up to Vahn. "I'm sorry." Her eyees swirled as if fighting off an inner conflict of interest. She stood and then began to walk down, if she couldn't walk down, she'd climb down she wasn't attempting any magic because she wasn't sure she had any. Besides, she had to leave, she couldn't endanger them further.
((Sorry guys, I love Levi. It was my first RP home. But as much as I love it, I can't stay here. However, Sunny is right. I can't let a few people be an excuse to be in a place I can't take seriously. It's become far too much of a joke in my mind. Whether you agree or not is your own choice, but to me it has.
