"Yes..." Kai's face went red as he made the cup of cocoa float to the boy. After a while he placed the turkey inside the oven and closed it. He walked to kaen and gave her a hug, "Would you like to call her like that if she's a girl?"

((Ears like Ellies! Only I don't think hers are as big..))
The sleepy hybrid girl came down the stairs, with a yawn and stretch. "G'morning.." Ellie had to rub her eyes to make sure she wasn't seeing things when she saw Kai, but she said nothing, and just walked on. Has it really been that long since I've been in here that I have no idea what's going on...?

"Call her Siyashi? Sure...." she said quietly, a soft smile on her face. She returned the hug and looked up at Kai. "I'm sure she'd...my mama....would like that very much...."

Lexis took the mug, "Thank you." He told Kai, smiling before he took a sip. He paused and sighed. No, this wasn't what he was craving, either.
Baizou skittered down the stairs after Ellie with a blanket over his head. "Ne, now the bed is all cold!" He whined, shivering as the open downstairs chill hit his skin.

"I miss her....she and my da were killed when I was still a kit....I didn't even have a second tail yet..." She felt tears welling up, but brushed them away.

"Don't cry..." he gave her a hug and his wings tried to give her a hug as well, but Kai just jumped at the feeling. He took a deep breath and gave kaen a kiss, "I'm not feeling that well...I'm going to rest...can you keep an eye on the turkey. Make sure you baste it regularly." he went up the stairs, holding one of his wings.

"I will," she said, her hand trailing down his arm as he went to the stairs. She watched him into his room, sighing, then turned to the turkey.

Baizou smiled and kissed Ellie's nose, "Morning..." He said happily. "Need me to get you anything?"
Lexis ran his finger around the rim of the cocoa mug and shook his head, "Uhh, nah, I'm good for the moment."
