Well the good news is: Yu can count, backwards at least, and has a concept of time.
The bad news...she's terribly love-struck.
You may want to get that looked at, chances are equally probable that it will fester and start to have an off odor or that it will clear up on its own...though I must say...your case looks particularly deep-set.
I'm skeptical about a complete recovery, but I shall try to remain optomisitic!
