((I would be posting, but Taiyou seems to be ignoring my posts with Yuran and Nex hasn't posted recently from what I've seen...))

Kai stared at Calypso for a moment, "What makes you say that? Nari's just another hunter from that makeshift family... I loved Izzy.." Kai turned his gaze back to the ground.

Ci'nala nodded towards him, then propelled herself forward further, back towards...well...
"Hey; where exactly are we going?" She asked, kinda confused.

"I hope so; Dragon's aren't anything without their wings. Although you knew that." He smiled, then rested his head back down, wondering exactly where his mate was.

Falling with the force of the blade, Korin quickly rolls away from the tail that was aimed to cripple him. "I see you are not above tricks. How about one of my own?" Stepping back through the trees, vanishing into the thick foliage and heavy brush.

"I do not know if you know this, Wyrm, but dragonflies often use a hunting technique that has been dubbed "Motion Camouflage," by our human scientists." As he says this a glinting disk of metal appears in the distance, near a particulary odd looking tree. "I suppose you would not have, would you? It is a technique that I have adapted for fighting, and ironically it only works on three species on Earth. Well, my version at least." All the meanwhile the glinting was moving towards Eclipse, almost lazy in its pace, but noticably larger than it was before.

"It only works on humans, tigers, and dragons. It is very good at what I designed it to do, bu it has one flaw. It only works once." The smile was easily heard in his voice. The disk, now almost the size of what it would be close-up, moving more swiftly now. "The benefit is, if it works right, I don't need to use it again, as you can probaly imagine why." As the words left his mouth, the disk, still in the distance, cut off some leaves from a tree that was a mere ten feet away.

((I am assuming you understand what that means, in case you don't, I have this link. http://www.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/~aja/motion_cam.html It basically is an illusion, of the optical variety that give the appearance of not moving towards something, despite any motion of the predator using it. Very interesting, and from what I have read very effective. But as I am lead to believe it really only works once. After that, it is fairly easy to recognize.))

Kai groaned and nodded Yuran and Lura, "Luckily for you Doc, I'm insane...plus I don't think I could really feel a small poke like that with how fuzzy my noggin feels right now.." he said as he glanced at Yuran, serious those few moments before laughing and patting Calypso's head, "You have no idea..well human girls anyway.. I know she's possessive, she nearly strangled this one girl I was giving directions to once 'cause she smiled at me.. She usually set up elaborate pranks for Izzy to fall into too."

Eclipse was growling quietly growling as Korin was explaining things that didn't really matter to Eclipse..but the hunter rambled on nonetheless. He was intently watching the strange glinting disc, his instincts and his eyes were telling him two different things and in the end he listened to his instincts just in time..
Though the disc did managed to cut the back of his neck, which irritated Eclipse even though it clearly wasn't as bad as it could have been.
Eclipse growled a bit louder and went a bit closer to where the disc had come from and raked his tail at the area with enough force to knock the trees down.

Calypso could be heard grumbling testily as the others teased him lightly.
She used to set traps? She sounds great..
The little dragon muttered and when Yuran pulled the needle out, his head shot up, blue eyes wide.
Wh-where did that come from?!
The blue was immediately on his feet and backing away.

Lura watched the blue in shock.
Calypso. Don't tell me you're afraid of needles.
She was a little shocked that a creature such as a dragon could harbor such a fear as that.

Achiu chuckled a bit as Ci'nala tried to take the lead, only to realize she didn't know where she was going. "Might as well head back to Yuran, Calypso, and the others. They're the largest group and I THINK everyone is migrating that way. Either way, YOU should have the doctor check your wings." He sped up a bit till he was just a little in front of her.

Silia wasn't sure what to say. She wished she could do something to ease the obvious distress her new friend was in, but... "All we can do is wait and pray. And believe me when I say I know what little comfort that is and how annoying it can be." She glanced over at her eggs and watched as one of them rocked slightly, a muted clicking sound coming from inside.
