So my academy level basic jutsus only need one post?
And how long are the posts supposed to be? I couldn't find the page that told me
(Edit: Also, how do I go about getting scrolls for my bloodline limit? Or do I need a blank scroll, and to Teach myself it

Your learning posts should be at least 3 sentences long and if your village has a library, if not then ask your kage.

I posted myself learning a basic fire jutsu in the konoha training grounds. Can anyone check it out for me, and tell me if that's work-able?

Here's the deal when it comes to learning anything guys:
BLOODLINES/CLANS: Only learn from an NPC or anything of the sort IF there is no one in your village of the same bloodline with the rank of jounin or higher. If there is, learn under them.
ELEMENTAL JUTSU: These MUST be taught by an in instructor of some sort, or even someone else who knows the jutsu (if for some reason your jounin and chuunin are inactive/incapable). These can not be self taught until the chuunin rank.
That answer everything?
