Teach them the academy levels of their elemental jutsu and then follow by splitting them into groups by which of them want to learn a weapon style and which don't. I've changed up the curriculum and decided that a weapon style is not mandatory, but a demonstration of a proficiency in hand to hand should be shown at the genin test regardless. Be sure he splits up those who wish to learn weapon styles by which one they wish to learn."

Sayuri climbs the winding stairs of the Mizukage’s tower until she comes to the door of the Mizukage’s office. She knocks three times, sharply, on the door before opening it and peeking in shyly, her façade back in place.
“Excuse me, Lord Mizukage. Do you have a moment?” Her timid voice sliced through the thick silence within his office as Sayuri regarded her kage silently. He didn’t look that old, much younger than she expected him to be. She suppressed a shrug as she waited for Luo to grant her entrance.

Sayuri blushes, stepping into the office and looking down with a light pink hue coloring her face. She glances around the room quickly, making sure that she’ll have a way out if anything happens before she turns her attention back to Luo, bowing to him deeply.
“Mizukage-dono, I know that it’s a lot for me to ask and that you’re busy and everything, and I’m sorry, but I was at the Academy and my sensei sent some other students off to learn with someone else and…” She pauses, realizing, embarrassed, that she’s ranting to the person of highest power in Kirigakure. “Basically, Lord Mizukage, what I am asking if whether you, or someone at all, can teach me either the way of the Silent Blade, or, if I don’t meet the requirements to learn that, the Infinite One Swordstyle of Kirigakure, sir? I’m only an academy student, Mizukage-dono, but I would like nothing more than to begin my training early so that I may progress quickly to Genin.” She bows again at her request, gesturing at Ume, sheathed on her hip. “I would be honored if you, or one of your Jounin could teach me one of the swordstyles, sir.”
Her pale azure eyes glue themselves to the floor, waiting to either be reprimanded for being so bold, or be told where she can find a teacher.

Flipping through a few manila folders, he sighed a bit as he muttered, "Usually, it's customary for someone to introduce themselves before asking something of me. I'd like to know the name of whomever I'm helping before I can get to the issue at hand. However, I will tell you that the hidden blade style is reserved for future hunter-nin, or Oinin as they're called as well. If you want to learn that particular style, becoming one of them would have to be a future goal of yours." Looking towards the door after hearing a knock Luo muttered towards it, "Come in."

Shaking his head, Luo looked at the boy who seemed to be more preoccupied with the ground, than facing him. "Don't worry yourself too much. I might as well address both of you while I have the time. What's your name, and what can I help you with exactly?"

xxxxSayuri’s pale face flushed a brilliant red as she realized her first mistake. She knew she had forgotten something, but she had been unable to determine exactly what it had been that she had missed. Her pale blue eyes flicked to the Lord Mizukage’s face before gluing themselves once again to the floor. This time, her painful shyness was not a façade. She nodded slowly as the pink began to recede out of her face and bowed deeply to the leader of the Mist village.
xxxx“My sincerest apologies, Lord Mizukage. My name is Sayuri Hageshii of the Hyuuga clan. I am an Academy Student at the moment, and have trained under Sarutobi-sensei to learn Suiton ninjutsu. My goals are to become an Oinin and, if possible, one of the Seven Swordspeople of the Mist, with the proper training.” Sayuri rambled a bit before blushing again. “So… yeah.” She finished lamely, letting herself glance at Ensu before directing her eyes back towards the floor. Being an Oinin was something she had always dreamed of. The power, the stealth, the speed, the danger, it all appealed to her. She had never personally seen an Oinin, but she had read about them before, and was captivated by the prospect.
xxxxBeing an Oinin would also probably be helpful when she went to find her sister, she noted as she glanced at Lord Mizukage. He had spoken in a mutter to both her and Ensu, and she couldn’t help but wonder if it was due to annoyance, being deep in thought, or if it was simply how he normally spoke. Regardless of what it was, she could tell he was thoughtful and kind. He most likely wouldn’t have been running the Mist village like clockwork if that hadn’t been the case. Either way, she waited patiently for the Mizukage’s response to her outlandish request for training, unable to help but wonder how many Academy Students had dared to approach him with such a question.

Ensu looked at Kanzuki and sighed as he was a genin and he didn't even know. " I just asked for the kage's help in learning The silent blade Style. I need a teacher and seeming as the other styles don't quite fit me this one seems to be the best for me." He said as he still seemed a little weird it was becasue he wasn't in the shadows the only time he felt super calm was when he was perfectly in the shadows but right now only about half of him was coverd in the shadow. " It seems the two of us both wanna be Oinins" He said as he looked at Sayuri and smiled a bit. She was probably still mad at him.

This foolishness had gone on for long enough, in a lightning quick motion that even Luo-sama would have had to had focused to catch, he slapped Sayuri across the cheek, hard. If there was one thing he couldn't stand it was high and mighty people like her who felt like just because their life had sucked they deserved sympathy, " That's enough out of you b***h, I can't stand your kind, the kind who are pissed at life just cause it bit you a little, GET OVER IT!!!" he yelled his anger apparent, he was showing off the side that rarely got shown, his angry side. " She dead or will be soon, that's the facts now deal with it, and if you want to b***h to me some more about it I'll be at the training ground, but if you come, come prepared to get your a** kicked." he stated, Intent to Kill flowing from his voice and body, he bowed to Luo in apology for his outburst and then made his way to the training ground to meditate.
