I'm just saying, I've put in 12 jutsu, and he has denied my first batch, all of which if he would have read them they state the exact what he had a problem with. Like unhinge, I put takes no chakra and no handsigns. It is just someone unhinging their Jaw, like how a snake would. and he is trying to say it takes chakra when in the description it says it doesn't.
Also I had stated three times that The Shark blades were made by the Individual Hoshigaki member, and he is still giving me crap about that... well not anymore because he is ignoring me, so now I have to wait until the customs is reopened before I can even hope to post them again because he didn't read them.

im in the ninja academy and its taking a long time for the hokage to put up the next thing we do i was wondering if i could start doing missions

You must be Genin to start doing missions. Please be patient.. people have life's out side of Gaia. Since this is only a jutsu learning issue, give it a few more days and if he dose not post pm a crew member and ask if they can NPC a teacher for you.

Zetsu, I told you several times what the problems were with your techniques, and you completely ignored me every time. I even asked you to take some of them to a different crew member, but instead you just altered the description. THAT, is why I ignored that set the second time around.
@Vexin: You'll have to wait until you get promoted. Try PMing the Hokage and reminding him that you're waiting. If it's been less than a day though, just give him time. Sometimes people just can't get the time to post.

you aren't really getting anywhere so why fill up the questions forum with it? you would have needed to wait until customs were re-opened anyways, so when that happens you can try and get a second opinion.

I remember seeing somewhere that we can only know so many jutsu above our level? can someone point me to the source of that?

Im not exactly sure were it is but I do know that its 3 Ninjutsu above your rank, Genjutsu and Taijutsu can only be learned up to your rank.

alright, I just learned a C-rank genjutsu, so i want absolute confirmation before i act on it. If anyone can sy with 100% certainty that would be awesome. well, awesome in that it isnt a question any more. I would rather i didnt have to unlearn the jutsu...
this is why we need a genjutsu ninja type.

VC Ruling: only taijutsu can not be learned above one's rank...genjutsu and ninjutsu are fine...but only 3 at genin

How many Taijutsu and Weapon Techs can I learn as an academy student with Weapon specialist and Taijutsu Specialist?
