Rosangela followed slowly after Tal's group, her eyes on Sirius. She wished she could do something for him. She sat by the door and sighed as he jumped down and hid in the shadows. But seeing him just from the eyes up made her smile slightly and give her wings a flutter. He'd look really cute if that fear hadn't been in his eyes.
Kellan was feeling a little better until he heard Hitachi's voice so near to him. "I am not your 'buddy.'" He sniffed, moving to the side away from the anthro slightly. Though he was normally tolerant of wolves, anthros had always rubbed him the wrong way, without much explaination. Most likely something Chrissy had put into his head as a chicklet. Instead of trying to change that, Kellan simply accepted the fact. "Why don't you fly normal? You look rediculous."

Blue stopped walking when she reached the road. She would wait until the others were caught up for the most part before going on. She gazed down the road and spotted the fence that was part of the first clue. She smiled thinking about that adventure. It had been her first one here.
Eros looked at those that were coming with him and Blue and nodded to himself. He turned around and started to turn the corner to head to the front. "Hurry up if you are coming with us." He said to all of those going with Blue, "I'm pretty sure Blue isn't going to wait forever."
Indy stared at Hitachi as he flew while sitting down. He frowned thinking that the other anthro looked like he was crazy or something. Shaking his head he walked up to Blue and waited with her.
Gloriana frowned at the cat that appeared. She, like Morgana, didn't like the cat. Something about it just bothered her even though this was her first time seeing it. She then growled when Starr petted her. She quickly moved away from the human, her fur bristling.
Nanami stared at the cat and then at Sirius. He was so odd looking! Yet he was also handsome if you really looked at him. She smiled at him and waved. She then looked at Gloriana when she growled. "Gloriana! Behave will you!" She said sighing.
Kurogane watched as his group slowly began to gain members. He gave Gloriana a warning glance when she growled at Starr.

Stalker looked at Blue, "Sorry, comming!" She re-shouldered her pack and stroked Saiyoko one last time, her day brightened when Meskhenet jumped into her arms for one last cuddle. She nodded at Saiyoko and patted Yoshi on the head and started at a stumbled run to Blue and the others, "You guys be good, okay?" She called behind her before she disappeared from veiw.
Barking with excitement and giving a rushed whine at those with Blue in apology, Paine nuzzled both Saiyoko and Meskhenet, "I'll see you guys later!!" She wagged her tail and romped after Stalker. She nodded at Yoshi...not exactly sure what to do about him, and quickly gained step with her owner.
Saiyoko called after the pair, "Be safe, alright?" and gladly nuzzled Paine and Stalker in return, protectively pulling Meskhenet closer to her--Almost in a foster-mother way. "I look forward to your return!" She smiled brightly, and looked at the new arrival to their group, sniffing around him and tilting her head, "Hello there, you're Yoshi, correct?" She asked, half-dazed by visions of how this adventure might turn out.
Meskhenet let herself be nuzzled and cuddled; it wasn't too bad, after all. She was still discouraged by how little she was, but seeing the other young one there being accepted so well gave her a little bit of a boost. She yipped after Stalker, "You too!" in both compliance and fun. She lay down to wait for what would happen next following all others closely...intrigued by a purple moonlit that looked like a bug...how'd that happen?
"Yosh!" He replied to Stalker confidently and went to investigate his new group members, nodding when he was spoken to. "Yoshi yosh!" he grinned and bounded around the yard from nervous energy. He hoped he could help at least a little. "Yo, shi?" He asked Siayoko her name and smiled warmly at the orange pup, who simply growled at him faintly. He tilted his head in confusion.

Wolfie let the screen door slam behind her, the two pups rushing down the stairs. Where had Tal gotten to? The porch was deserted (or so she thought on first glance) except for a few people coming with Tal. "Headcount?" Would questioned the first person she laid eyes on ((Whoever is on the porch can respond first)) "I want to make sure none of us disappear this time since we are exploring unknown territory." She leaned on the rail of the deck.
Froggy's hat bobbled on his head. "Where is Blue? I want to explore the woods... is that okay mom?" The rattly eyes rattled as he moved and he fidgeted waiting for an answer. He was a very energetic Moonlit and perhaps some of the cool fall air would do him some good. The others had a tendancy to pick on him for his choice of costume, but Wolfie thought it was a nice little quirk.
Wolfie nodded thoughtfully. "You can catch up to her if you like. Take Loren with you. I think she wanted to go explore the leaf piles or somesuch. Shes very good with those things and I know she would be thrilled that she wont have to go down the path alone. You know how some of the girls can get." Wolfie paused as Froggy peered through the rails of the porch for his sister. "I bet the two of you could make a good team if you tried. Did you know if Vaughn wanted to go too?"
"No, he wanted to be a big poop and lay in bed all day." The older moonlit jumped past the pups and ran after Blue, dust flying from the path as he went. He nearly tripped over Loren, not even noticing her at the woods edge. Loren ducked as he flew past her and perked her ears up hearing the commotion. The hunt was on!
Wolfie startled as Tal was suddenly besider her. "Dont do THAT!" Wolfie quibbed. With her heart racing he stumbled backwards against the rail even more firmly. "Have you been there the whole time?" She gasped lightly for air. "To the basement? Anyone volunteer to go first?" Wolfie questioned. She really did hate spiders!

She grinned impishly at her dear friend. "So sorry," she intoned, though the sparkles of mischief in her eyes spoke a different tale. "Are we ready then? Is this it for our group?" She glanced around questioningly, noticing the pretty butterfly-winged girlie. She gave a brief glance over at the hiding Sirius, hiding a smile. Returning her attention to Wolfie, she continued, "You know I'll go first, with my handy dandy flashlight!" She brandished her wrist, from which swung her compact, battery-operated flashlight. "But I don't really know my way around down there. Are we trying to make our way to that room where the roof fell in?" With the odd safe, if she recalled right.
Sirius' ears pricked up at the sight of Rosangela, eyes brightening. It was surely nice to have a friend, one who wasn't part of his family/pack. He sat up straighter so that he could rest his chin on the floorboards of the porch. Tongue lolling in a brief moment of happiness, he whuffled a soft hello to her. So focused was he, he completely missed the greeting of another whom he didn't know. That might have been for the best, for if he had, likely he'd have ducked down once more in mortification. The poor guy was still terribly sensitive, and tended to react melodramatically to the smallest things.
Rotan smoothly avoided the staring wolves, leaping to perch on the rail above Sirius' head. While he knew the strange looking wolf wasn't fond of those of the feline persuasion, he didn't bother them either. They had a tenuous agreement to leave each other alone, to spare further harassment from others. He surveyed the scene solemnly, tail twitching pensively behind him.
Morgana snorted in disgust and ignored the cat, turning to the growling and bristling pup. "Here now, what's the trouble, hmm?" One ear still angled towards the feline, but her attention shifted to those others present. There were many more wolves than humans. That could both work for and against them, depending on what was going to go on.

She smirked. "But of course I'm ready! Adventure time" Wolfie dashed off the porch and around the left side of the house, a herd of moonlits behind her. The soft earth around the foundation was slick with new fall leaves and she skidded to make the turn. Spud and Squish went tumbling past her with playful barks and yips straight into a pile of freshly raked leaves that Blue had accomplished earlier in the week. It went up in a flurry of excitement as the two were covered beneath. Wolfie stiffled a giggle. The two were having a blast. A soft fall breeze blew past them all, swirling around her ankles and shifting up her pant legs reminding her how soon winter would be upon them. Oh the snow! She thought whimsicaly. It was perhaps one of her favorite times of the year.
Wolfie held her breath for a moment, realizing that she had owned the house for nearly three years and yet she still found it utterly amazing that she had never entered the basement. Perhaps it was her fear of those creepy crawlies, or perhaps it was something more sentimental. Like the trunk, she almost thought that she would find things that would dredge up old memories and bring her to tears yet again. Wolfie wasnt one to cry much, but she had done her share since Aunt Bea's death. It was time to move on. And time to overcome, she thought to herself half-heartedly, as if trying to talk herself into something she wasnt quite ready for.
She hesitated at the base of the old hatch. Branches of a wysteria bush clung to its metal entrance. The double doors were old, perhaps older than herself. Years of weathering had aged the paint and Wolfie took note that it had been repainted several times, maybe by Edmund, but more likely much longer ago by Tom. The deep blue-green color hung limp amidst the brilliant leaves at its base. Small cobwebs stuck to the corners of the house where the boards were damp and ripe for crawlie things. Next project, Wolfie noted. I doubt this will last as-is till Spring. Thankgod we noticed now before we get a flood in the basement later. The exterior could indeed use its own sprucing up. With so many newcomers the place was sure to come around quickly.

Starr moved her hand away from Gloriana and laughed off her growl. She was used to being growled at with the company she kept in her own pack. "Well nice to meet you too." Starr said to the winged pup. Of course, the wings looked very, very familiar to one of her own wolves but she kept quiet about that fact, not wanting to get growled at again and turned to watch Wolfie and her own group of wolves join. Starr gave one last wave to the other group and stood from where she had been sitting on the steps and noticed that the group she had joined was beginning to get going. Sighing, she shifted her messenger bag so it fit more snugly against her side before following after Wolfie and laughing at the sight of the puppies in the leave pile and then turning to look at what Wolfie was looking at. "Um... what's that?" Starr asked hesitantly.
Starting to rock back and forth, Hitachi noticed that Kellan had moved away from him. Ah, it appeared he had someone he could annoy on this journey. Not only was he traveling with his favorite group of human girlies, he had the oppurtunity to bug someone. "What do you mean by 'normal'? This is as normal as normal comes for me! You know you want a try it even if you aren't a real friendly bloke but that's alright. We'll be the best of friends; yes we will." He laughed and tilted his head at Eros and shook his head. "Yea', we're comin'!"

Tal followed Wolfie with a bound, Morgana and Rotan at her heels, glaring at each other. She slowed at the corner, though, and approached the doors at a stroll. She couldn't help it... she smirked. The look on Wolfie's face said it all. Creepy crawlies everywhere! She chuckled and moved close to give her friend a hug. "No worries, I'll go first, just like I promised."
She hauled one of the doors up and teetered for a moment. It almost slammed shut again, but Moragana quickly inserted her shoulders to prevent that, and to help push it over. Talencia gasped as the door shuddered to a halt against the ground. "Goodness, that was heavier than I thought it was!" She left the others to wrench open the other door if they wished. instead, she clicked on her wrist flashlight and began descending the stairs. Chilly air swirled around her legs, making her very glad she'd worn her hiking boots.

Blue looked back at her group and saw that they were coming. Since they wouldn't be able to loose sight of her now she began walking down the path. After she passed the fence and reached the meadow, she turned towards the woods. "Make sure everyone knows where the path in the woods is Eros." She called.
Eros heard Blue and nodded. He would hang back and make sure everyone was on the right track.
Indy followed Blue into the meadow. He looked back every now and then to make sure the rest of the group was there.

Gloriana looked at Morgana and huffed. "That human touched me! I didn't say that she could do that." She said following after everyone.
Nanami rolled her eyes at Gloriana as she followed everyone to the doors to the basement. "Please ignore Gloriana. She's nothing but a troublemaker." She said to Morgana and Starr. She looked at where the doors are and frowned. There were all kinds of creepy crawlies here. "Ew...." She mumbled.
Kurogane followed everyone and grinned as they approached the doors. It was his kind of place, dark and creepy. Who knew what awaited them down there. He nudged Gloriana and Nanami down and followed after them.

Kellan shook both his heads. Why again was he following that human if he had to put up with this anthro? "I guess I'll have to stop expecting normal from you." He snorted. "The day I become best friends with you is the day I-" He clacked his beaks in irritation. He was about to say 'the day I become one myself,' but considering that his vain goose of a sister had recently become one, it meant it wasn't impossible anymore. He shuddered at the thought. Corny looked up at the two fliers and sighed. She hoped Kellan would behave himself. Realizing she was falling behind, she gasped and started running. She wasn't about to let herself get left behind. Behind her, Azure also picked up her pace.
**Corny, Azure and Kellan to the forest edge**
Rosangela had to laugh. The deep fear had seemed to leave his eye, so she could now say Sirius looked adorable in his new position. She trotted over to him and pawed at his nose. "Come on you! I don't want to be left- err.." From her position on the porch, Rosangela could see the humans she was going to follow head underground into a dark basement. "But, it's dark down there." She muttered outloud to herself, ears back slightly. Her fear wasn't like Aria's, who was seriously afraid of the dark, but Rosangela prefered bright places... and that doorway looked creepy. Blasting through the back door, Timmy and Tilly slid to a halt on the damp ground and stood up, looking around desperatly. Spotting a few wolf disappear into a basement, the colorful male yipped happily. That must be them! "Hey! Wait for us!" He ran after them with his sister's excitement and paused at the doorway. "Whoa." He gasped, then cautiously padding down the stairs after the others, Tilly folowing close behind.

As the others left, Sirius jumped up again onto the porch, padding after Rosangela on silent paws as she peered around the corner of the house. His ears canted forwards towards the dark entrance as Talencia and a handful of wolves pattered down some stairs and out of sight. His tails wagged slightly. Now this was his sort of adventure... indoors and dark!
He nosed Rosangela gently, seeing the hesitation on her face. "Don't worry... I am master of the shadows." He lowered his voice playfully to sound spooky, then glided on swift paws towards the portal. He paused on the verge and glanced back at her, barking encouragement before descending into the murkiness of the basement.
{Off to the Basement with him!}

Saiyoko was snapped out of her day dream as she saw Meskhenet walking away, growling at the Yoshi at her heels. "Oh!" She bolted in between the two, "I'm sorry!" She emphasized with a whine and plodded after the others, an appaled face at Gloriana as she passed. She stopped a little while before the first step, "Spiders...?" She asked, somewhat timid, before being dragged inside by Meskhenet.
Meskhenet had taken off; Saiyoko just sat there with a dumb look on her face while everyone else was disappearing below. She barred her fangs at the annoying green thing at her heels, trying to n** her, when Saiyoko suddenly appeared between them. She saw the dark...and instinctively almost felt scared...but at home. She trotted curiously inside, sniffing a stringy thing with crawling things on them. She shivered but laughed when one climbed onto her nose, and the poor thing returned to its Den. She smiled kindly and followed the others; having to drag the trembling adult with her.
Yoshi was too excited to wait for Meskhenet to go! He started nipping at her heels, backing off when her teeth were barred. "Yosh." He said, offended, and was pretty silent, but still excited. He was the first in, pushing the pup out of his way. (To basement}

Rosangela felt a little better already when Sirius came back up, and giggled at his spooky voice. Though her ears were still back from nerves, she jumped off the porch after Sirius, not wanting to get seperated from him when they got in. She kept her wings close and head slightly down as she descended the cool steps.

Wolfie closed her eyes a moment and listened to the others descend the stairs into the basement. No shrieks, no screams of utter terror. Spud ran through her legs at top puppy speed, leaves still dangling from niches they clung to in his fur and down between Corny's legs too into the basement. Wolfie's eyes flung open to just catch the teetering movement of Corny as the little one rushed past. Squish however, clung close to Wolfie's leg and wimpered a little note of questioning, pleading with her. "Yes, I will take you down there." She picked him up and ruffled his fur lovingly. "And off we go!"

Staring blankly at the small female pup, Kai tilted his head with mouth agape in surprise. "You...taught him a lesson?" Looking towards the striped moonlit that lay on the ground unmoving and completely sore beyond belief, Kai threw back his head and began to howl with laughter and had to keep himself from falling over onto the ground and dirtying his coat. That definitely had to be the funniest thing he had ever heard! "You got beat up by a girl Strippy? If only I could use a camera, I'd want you to pose next to kid just so I could tease him for the rest of his life. You are a lot tougher than what I thought." Kai glanced at Balto and patted him on the back playfully. "Calm down my wolfy friend. They're just trying to get us all riled up again."
Atreyu finished tying up Tsubasa and shook his head as he looked over the knots to make sure they were tight. Why any wolf would want to around playing tricks on others made absolutely no sense but at least now, things were safe and there was nothing to worry about. "We should take these two back to the house to answer to the humans and to apologize to the wolves they played pranks on." He thought of Annabel and the trick they had played on her and he nodded his head. "That sounds like a fair punishment and I'm sure you won't play any more tricks again in the future if it means that we'll catch you both again and," He glanced at Nanami and Cheshire and smirked. "Might get another beating."
Tsubasa rolled his eyes at them for even suggesting that he stole his mother's necklace but he laughed slightly at wolf he had attempted to attack reprimanded the black wolf and looked towards Journey when she growled, his eyes widening slightly. "What has you all fired up sweetheart?" He asked, tilting his head curiously to the side. He had completely overlooked her until now of course. Turning back to Ivan and Garaden, he sighed. "Yeah, I guess you're right the battle is won. " "And what do you mean by the way I am? I only did this because I happened to be bored. Cheshire is the main mastermind behind all of this." If he was caught, hell, he might as well just turn Cheshire in. It wasn't like he was lying to them now either. It had been Cheshire who approached him about all of this and plotted everything out. He simply gave his two sense every now and then. "Apparently he was trying to get payback for making him guard over your treasure or something like that and no, that necklace ain't stolen. It was my mother Selene's. So there's the truth and if you don't believe me, you're a bunch of idiotic duo-birds."
Cheshire glowered at Kai and then fixed his heated gaze on Tsubasa for placing the blame on him. Great, just great he thought to himself as he struggled to sit up and groaned in pain as he did so (to which he glared at Nanami and growled at her). "You really cannot keep your mouth shut."Cheshire groaned again and shook out his fur.
