The most updated student list is in the Entrance Hall. I'm not 100% sure about Slytherin but I am about the others. I know that as soon as everyone was sorted their name was added.
The most updated Elf list is in the Pear.

Alutian go ahead and try that: I'm sure it's a common glitch with members. But if she's not able to post tell her to quit and then rejoin again. I checked the thing too and I'm getting the same thing

Yes this is chaos. Right now we don't have the post counts together... hell nobody knew what was going on in the guild for months!

You said this before Angil but never answered the question. What lists are you talking about? Who is PMing you about being removed? Is it Slytherin members? That's why people are in Houses so that if that's the case they PM their Head. If it is Slytherin: I assure you no one touched anythign in that common room. I made sure of that. I doubt Alutian, Love or anyone else who had mod powers would have wanted to. So if Slytherin's all confused I can't do anythign about that. Over the summer I tried to communicate.

In the summer Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, and Ravenclaw PMed their members to check their status. We went from that to make the first draft of student lists to see where everyone stood based on activity. Then we did the mass sorting.. (if I recall that was kinda your idea to do the mass sorting thing I just carried it through) from there we banned every member who wasn't in a house or who didn't PM me saying they wanted to remain an elf. Of course people like Pinkie and SHorty were not banned.

Actually it was ravenclaw members...and I noticed missing members from the gryffindor members as well. The slytherin lists are however, fine, because no one has touched them, and every term i bump the members up a year.

Yes they are, one of them was so frusterated that they requested to just be resorted, and also remain annonymous, the other I simple went into the common room and fixed...what I'm concerned about id post amounts...we need to have a list of eligible house elfs in the sorting hat, and we need to keep track of posts to actually see if people have made new posts...

Angil if you had been patient you would have known that once term was started and running smoothly the lists would have been started on. I don't know what to do with the post counts.. I know a made a post in here about that.
Well right now since Sorting is over, no one is eligible. Most of the house-elves have only been here 2 weeks. Those who were here longer got sorted already. Then I have some who haven't even posted.

I'm confused. I didn't triple check the lists because I trust Alutian as well as the other heads. I saw two names Agent Tanza and another one who are members but aren't on the list... I'll PM ALutian about that now. But geesh people make mistakes.... we work from them as a team

I'm sorry if i come across ruder or more blunt then i mean to. it's just the way I am I guess. It's really not that huge of a deal but in the future i'd like the lists to be more...findable i guess.

The reason for the sorting was so that we could divide the members and each Head could keep track. All the Heads should already have the list of people who's going to be inactive/active or something.

I say we just start the entire post count thing over and start keeping track from Monday. The way KT did it was confusing anyway and I need to get used to it. So right now what we need to discuss is how we're gonna keep track of it? What everyone's job will be?

I propose that we add the post counts to our student lists and update them every two weeks with the number of posts. that way we could keep track of who post and not post.

There's no way everyone in this guild is on a list. I have things to do today and tomorrow but I'm sure I can get on tomorrow nite and I'll go through the guild memberslist and people's who names aren't on any lists we'll talk about that later.
