"Yeah, it should work." Black said as he started with her. He'd take care of depth from his knowledge. "I'll take of how deep it is and you take care of how side it is. Is that okay?" He asked looking at the area around them and marking exact distances in his mind.

Black rolled his eyes with a heaving sigh and started to dig. It wouldn't be too long until the hole was complete. He plainly stepped out and looked at it before looking to Sarah. "Hey, lets get a fire ready and get this thing cooking. Alright?"

"Got a problem?" She casually walked over the the boar. "If you collect wood and build the fire in the pit, I'll set the rest up and skin out friend here." Sarah reached into her coat and pulled out several long, metal bars. One of which was sharpened to a point on either end. That was her spit. It cost her to get it done by a blacksmith, but it was well worth it.

Whistling over a few guards, Black ordered them to get him some wood for the pit. He would take care of the rest after. "Why bother to leave? Maybe I wanna watch you work." He said cheerfully, sitting up against a wall.

(there isn't much to do outside the castle. Lol)
Paradox finally received the letter after taking his time getting down the mountain. he was still far away from the castle, but since the search was being called off, he could make it there in a couple days. He told his leading officer to pack up and head home, while he forged ahead. He didn't take a horse, because for one thing, horses hated him, and for another, he was kind a big, and for the last, he could get farther without them. He couldn't run as fast as a forest archer, especially in all his heavy gear. Armor, Weapons, and speical equipment, all doubled his weight at least. He only had one advantage over the common soldier in that regard. While he couldn't run as fast, he could keep the pace for hours, maybe indefinitely. He started on his way back to the capital.

Out in the forest as Paradox walked he soon saw a soft light somewhere in front of him. There was a camp fire up ahead. When he edged closer to it he would hear a soft thud behinde him. A man with a sword in his hand. He seemed for the moment wrapped in darkness and after him more appeared surrounding his men and himself
Katherine sat in the main hall over paper work.

Matachi walked up behind Katherine smirking as he did, it was kind of a failed attempt though as his splint made a noise with every step but he hoped she wouldn't hear it

She had been to involved with work to notice it actually. Until he was almost right at her anyway but then she had been jumpy lately. She turned when he was right behinde her and gave a sweet smile. "Whaat are you up to?"

Matachi stopped loosening his body up "Just wandering around, I already finished my paperwork." He said smiling as he looked around a bit before looking back down at her acting innocent

Katherine noded some she noticed the smile but didn't say anything about it. She put the quill back down and motioned for him to sit down. No one else being in the main hall she looked to him. "I need to tell you what I think happend to Seakin."

Katherine noded some slightly. "If you had never joined with Set you would be like where Asami is now, kinda." She waved it away though. "Thats not the point Sekan won't always be as he is now." Katherine looked down for a long second then back to Matachi. "When he fought Alastor one of his people came to me to tell me to ask me to do something about it. I summoned any god who would hear me two showed... Illomeania placed a curse to him. She said something about makeing sure he finshed what she wanted him for. She tied him to me.. so when we die.. he will..come with us again. Not in my body like you will but a seprate one."

Paradox stopped moving. He knew that it was not the best to make sudden movements in situations like this. He turned around to the newcomer slowly, his hands out to his sides, away from his weapons. "To who do I owe this honor?" paradox asked simply.

Matachi smirks "Well I was told I have a chance of being a person again in the next life, Which i hope I can be either." He said smiling as he looks at her smirking knowing he had a chance to still protect her even in death
