Lykas took to his place beside Odd and released one of his Pokemon. It wasn't like he ever took any battle seriously so he didn't give much consideration or care to which one he used. But this time, he had a special one planned. "Go on, Narcissa. You're going to get some battling practice today." He told the small Frillish.
The Ghost-type unfurled from around his neck and floated out onto the battlefield, looking uncertain. "You'll do fine." He assured her.
With Baroque already on the field and waiting, Odd was prepared for anything, though he was a bit wary of Narcissa battling already. He still considered her a baby.
Chinami silently watched her show as the humans began their next match. A brawny-looking human with dark-ish hair was fighting a smaller one with blue-tinged hair. The brawny guy had a large sword while the little one was using a funny looking little one with a shield covering the back of his hand.

James Kingsley 'The Lost Soul' / Fawkes Knightley

- Snagem Rookie / - Snagem Alpha
James and Fawkes walk into the quarters, both boys polar opposites of one another. James looks all angry and gloomy and Fawkes is quite relaxed and somewhat of a goofball. James sat down and Msery came out, "Mr. Knightley is quite the help, wouldn't you agree Lumiere?" The candle, however, remained quiet. Eva stared at Gastly as it spoke, wondering if she could ever do that. She gave Fawkes a questioning look and he shrugged. "No idea darling. I can try and find out for you though." Eva thought about it for a moment then nodded.
James looked at the slightly older male, "You are rather good. I would like to keep training under you, if that's alright." Fawkes nodded, "That's fine with me." James slimed slightly and the two of them walked into the kitchen to get some food...

"Alright Tododile lets open up this match use leer on narcissa" the tododiles leer
lowers narcissas defense.
Lucius just wants to see what narcissa can do even tho shes still a baby but big things come in small packages so who knows.
ghosts are very strong pokemon so this battle can go to anyone as the victor.

Odd looked to Lykas before he called out his first orders. "Baroque, use your Guard Split on Narcissa." He commanded, quickly, indicating the Frillish in question so his Pokemon knew who he meant.
"Narcissa, begin with your Pain Split. Aim at the Sneasel." Lykas requested of his young partner. She nodded and her eyes began to glow a bright blue as rings of energy began to emanate fro her body. These rings soon began to encircle Celes as well before they seemed to fire off their victims' bodies at one another. Those striking Celes would likely do far more harm than anything. Narcissa would feel almost nothing. She cringed slightly at the look Totodile gave her after this was over but she knew she couldn't let Lykas down.
During this exchange, Baroque's eyes glowed bright pink as his own body began to give off the same light, which quickly spread to Narcissa, cloaking her in a shadowy, pinkish fog of mystical armor.

The next day after Sub's battle with Night, the trainer had gone to see Lum, and talk to the crazy Celebi man about maybe a natural way to remove this dye from his hair. Others might consider Sub insane for going to Lum of all people about helping him, but it would seem that he was right to do so as he returned later on in the day with his normal black hair. "Man, he is smarter than he looks." Sub said as he walked into the building, commenting about Lum's success in getting the pink dye out of his hair. "Now, to tell Night or not to tell her?" He said to himself with a devious grin.

I knew what they were doing. Building up Narcissa so she could last longer. Good work, you two.
"Going easy on a sparring match isn't good for your pokemon's growth potential. I can't go all out on a nearly newborn pokemon, but how else will she learn?"
I shrugged at this, then smirked. "Let's show Narcissa the dangers of the battlefield, Celes! Beat Up!"
Celes struggled to rise to her feet. Holy crap, that hurt. But the pain gave her a rage that she could use. With Drillbur in Lucius's hands, Shady set aside, and Samurai elsewhere, Celes was only able to bring out Darmanitan and Sunny... well, dark shapes of them, anyway. The three of them launched themselves at the pokemon I designated with my index finger: Baroque.

"I'd suggest telling her," the very hybrid Sub had been speaking of spoke from behind the boy, tails curling slowly over his shoulders in a taunting manner, "You really don't want me to have to dye it again now, do you?"

Lucius gave a glance and a nod to terashi. "Alright tododile use water gun"
if a new born pokemon like narcissa can use pain split she is as strong as i thought i wanted to make sure though. as my finger pointed at narcissa tododile let out a stream of rapid water from its mouth.

"We don't expect you to go easy on her, just not all out yet." Odd retorted to Terashi as Baroque prepared for the attack aimed at him. "Baroque, use Protect!"
The Yamask nodded and threw his arms and mask forward, a shimmering green force field slowly pouring from the mask's eyes until it had cloaked the Pokemon entirely. The Beat Up struck home but the first strike was easily deflected. The second seemed to have the strength to crack the weakening shield and the third finally caved it, baroque taking the hit head on as he flailed backwards in alarm.
"You can take more than that, Baroque! I know you're stronger than you look." Odd encouraged, smiling as his Pokemon returned to an upright position. "Use your Night Shade on Sneasel." He finally called, once he was certain his Pokemon wasn't still reeling. The Yamask nodded before throwing his hands forward and forming a ball of neon black light. After a moment, he hurled this spherical energy at Sneasel, where it exploded when it neared, forming a damaging dome of nightmarish energy around her.
Lykas was kind of glad Terashi had focused on Baroque for the first attack. Narcissa looked a bit scared when she saw how the battle was going between the other two trainers' Pokemon. "Don't worry about them for now, Narcissa. You focus on doing what I say and you'll be fine. Now, use your Absorb on Totodile." Keeping her stamina high and her defenses up was critical to her lasting through this.
The small, pink Pokemon nodded meekly before she held out two of her tentacles and tendrils of green light shot from them to swipe at Totodile, intent on wrapping it up and soaking up it's life force.
The Water Gun aimed at her would do nothing as her body began to glow bright white, the water swirling as it was soaked into her body via her Water Absorb ability.

I nodded to the two, then glared at the inbound Night Shade. "Faint Attack!"
Sneasel waited until the split-second before Night Shade exploded into a cloud of darkness before utilizing her attack. She would appear right behind Narcissa before swiping at her. Hit or miss, she would zip back to my side only after the Night Shade dissipated.
I looked at Narcissa as she absorbed the Water Gun and looked at Lucius. "CHANGE PLACES!"
What I meant was change targets, he attack Baroque and I attack Narcissa. Oops.

"Speak of the she-devil." Sub said as he turned to face Night. "So, have you had any urges to drink yet? No? Don't worry, it will come in time." He said with a grin. "In the mean time...here." The trainer then handed Night a bottle containing a strange liquid. "It's a blend of different berry juices I got from Lum, just soak your hair in it for about an hour and wash it out, voila, the dye is gone. Lum might be...eccentric, but he does know his berries, I'll give him that much."

"Don't worry, if I'm anything it's a man of his word, I promise it will wash out the dye." He reassured Night, and he was being serious. "It will, however, attract Pokemon, has a Sweet Scent effect it seems, I got chased by an Ursaring on the way here. I suggest staying inside for awhile." He warned her.

Lucius gives a nod to terashi "I know what you meant i've made the same mistake my first time around, a double battle isn't new to me." Lucius tells him
as Lucius switches Tododiles target from narcissa to Baroque. Lucius explains "I forgot about the ability of frillish oops oh well trainers make mistakes and gotta learn from them."
"now tododile use bite on baroque." Lucius commanded. as tododile gave a nod to his trainer he then rushes at baroque with mouth open.
