Rike folded his arms and thought about it before saying, "I've been bored out of my mind Kaiser...excluding yesterday. Come on, if I can handle my children fighting in a duel, I can handle wedding plans, modern marvel tours and being Mr. Hitch all at once." he grinned before turning to Karrot and Roma, "That's not magic. That's science. And as for my daughter...well, Depeneding on how many beings are actually alive in the ceremony all of your help would be appreciated. Now..you're right about the who Giant Boar thing, but I can always help to cook it. I've become quite adept with my powers over six millenia." If he wasn't a vampire, all of that talking would have him winded, but luckily he managed to make sense...or atleast he hoped he did.

Karrot nodded and stood up, making him look much shorter in comparison with the Brothers who stood up with him,
"Well show me to a place I can dig a pit, because my associates can easily maintain a temperature, and I can't wait to cook this thing up, just quickly, are there any spices I should avoid using on this boar? I don't know what people are allergic to now..."

Dorien didn't reply for he had already left and appeared on the roof of the Nocturne, his human form already comepleted as he walked down the stairs, still feeling a good bit of the music, but not as much as he would if stepping into the true entrance. He moved towards Merlin's office opening the door without ceremony as usal.

Meanwhile Malen walking from the base, her stance still fierce even with the heavy damages she had taken. Her magic still worked pretty well and her natural healing, although slower than usual was fine for the moment. It was her mental health which was is the cause for concern at the moment...

Rike strugged, "Just don't put anything a lycan would be allergic to in it and I think that's it."

The office was dim and empty, Merlin had retired to her rooms and was resting on the queensized canopy bed in a nest of her cats.

Karrot looked puzzled for a moment, then responded,"Lycan? Is that a Werewolf? I'm sure I don't have any spices that they'd be allergic to. Roma, Aron, can you two do your warm up magic exercises? I need you two to be ready, because when the fire reaches 200°, I need you two to maintain it at that temperature, I'll be right there with you, taking note of how it is cooking..."
The Brothers nodded and Karrot turned sharply towards Rike,
"Do you have a CAKE? if not, I think I can manage one, it may be small, but I take pride in my cooking and desserts are no different. But as the wedding is TOMORROW, please tell me you have already ordered a cake."
Roma added,
"If you would like we also can be a band, and don't worry about sleep, we live on a 72 hour day shedule, and we only need 5 hours of sleep. Karrot here trained us to live as dwarves would, if there is a need for our services..."
"We will not rest until the task is complete"

((Okay...I will admit that the first 30 or so pages of not posting was indeed my fault. I couldn't really find time to do so. But, for nearly 70 pages, I haven't had a home computer. Can someone maybe just give me a quick rundown of where everyone is? That would be absolutely wonderful.))

Dorien looked around for a moment before turning around and walking out, his steps taking him back to the rooftops. If Merlin resting, then must be nothing to worry about.. he thought, his now grey eyes looking at the sea of lights as humans lived out the lives. "Humans walking free...So long ago the thought of such a thing would be laughable. And now..."
And now they roam free and ignorant of us. Dorien's eyes narrowed as the voice of Kari floated through his head, Even in that disguise I know who you are.. she said, her pale slender hand light touching his shoulder.
Dorien shook it away and turned to the vampiric elf behind him, the cold look in her eyes clearly mirroring his own, "What is your purpose here?"
Oh Father, have you forgotten already? she asked, a fanged grin now upon her face, I am here to make you suffer. To show you just how much I learned from your teachings. I'll break down all of those things that you hold dear one by one. Your legend...your power...your love. And when all of them are gone, we shall fight one glorious battle to see just who is more worthy of being one of the Ten.
Dorien actually laughed at that. It was a harsh laugh, one that was filled with amusement and hatred, "So that is what you want...to take my place and become one of the Ten. I have clearly underestimated how deranged you have become."
Kari growled, but made no move to attack him, You made me with your own blood and the purest form of your powers, which means you didn't want a mere child to teach. You wanted an equal. I am that equal and I am the only being you can truly call your replacement. she then disappeared once again, but Dorien felt her prescence still within the city...a presence he had a feeling he would sense for a long time to come.
"Kari...I should have killed you long ago..."

Rike looked alittle annoyed for some reason, his attentions somewhere else, but just as quickly as it appeared, tit was gone once again. The annoyed quickly melded into small grin as he listened ot their questions, "I was just going to ask you about the cake...if you want to make one then fine, but please don't go crazy with it. Lina has already told me of their plans to have a small wedding, one with her allies and friends in it and nothing more. You see...this world has becaome very intolerant since you left. Vampire and lycans don't walk in peace anymore, so this lycan/ vampire wedding is going to cause alot of chaos. Understand?"

((*takes a quick look at the list* Well, I guess I am lucky. sweatdrop ))
Quinn wandered the Lotus base, not really sure on what he should be doing. The wedding was coming up, so knew that there were obvious preparations to be made. He wondered, however, if there was anything that he should be doing.
Who better to ask then the groom himself. Quinn thought, as he made his way in the direction of Remus's aura, If anyone will know, he likely will.
Quinn had a nasty habit of falling into medatative states and, figuratively, falling off the face of the earth for weeks on end. This was one of those times, and he could honestly say that he hadn't the slightest idea what day it was. The last thing he remembered was training with Kiran, and then people going their own seperate ways.

Remus continued to sleep in his wolf form, but his nose twitched a little. His long interaction's with Quinn had made him develop a slight sense of when Quinn was looking for him. For now though he simply slept on as Quinn grew closer.

Lina was currently talking to the Head Doctor as the female elders, now with a plan in mind of where the wedding would be, went throughout base and then the cit, making the preparations their leader had told them to do.
"What do you mean she left?" Lina asked, looking slightly stressed, "I don't believe that Malen is well enough to walk already."
"One of the doctors who were taking care of her, found now scratch upon her, but I do agree that in such a short time her wounds should not have been able to heal so quickly." the Doctor said, nodding slightly.
Lina sighed before turning to the door, "Magic...she must be using her magic." she then began to walk towards the exit, "Salen, tell Remus what has happened and help him retrieve my sister."
Salen bowed, "At once My Lady." he then left and moved towards the rooms.

Remus's eyes slowly opened and he got up. He stretched before jumping off the bed and shifting to his hybrid form. He yawned, and wondered why he'd woken up. It seemed to him that he hadn't really slept all that long.

Karrot nodded at Rike, he and the brothers all calmed down at once.
"Okay, I'll make a simple four layer cake, my special Celestial Cake, starting at the bottom layer of Devils Food cake, up to chocolate, then vanilla then a light Angel cake. it should only take about twelve minutes to mix up the various layers... but I'll need flour, and eggs.
The cake layers should only take an hour to cook. It will be our pleasure, Sir."
The three of them bowed slightly to Rike.
