I yell back at my two companions and say, "I'm going in and getting a room so do as you like and wait outside or follow me and get a room unless you all want to share a room?" I walk inside and look for the check in counter.

The check-in counter is at the far end of the room, next to a large staircase. It's manned by a gnome who's sitting on a stool so that he is able to see over the counter. Behind him is a latticework of wooden boards which holds the keys to each room.

Well Cy it's not like I'm having a walk in the park here either, but who said you had to do the intimidating in this city or by using your dragon like appearence.

"We can't exactly leave to recruit forces." Cy says, "I fairly sure that there isn't a person on this planet who would help out in a rebellion in a town they don't know about for no reason but because they feel like it."
Besides that, you never know where you could end up when you leave town...

Good point
Well we have a while to figure things out at least, not like we can do much till we finish the mission.

"Perhaps if the dragon that kidnapped the princess has truly defected from the side of this accursed city, we can bring him over to our side." Dre'gor says, "I'm sure he'd be willing to improve a former ally."

I think we better find some other way besides that. I say looking over to Cy. I don't we'll find help from elves or dragons on this case.

"Thankfully, that might not be the case," Cy explains, "There are dragons which are in opposition with blue dragons. Namely, the brass dragons. Since I can prove that I'm not like them, or even a member of their species in their eyes, we may find help. Also, I'm the second person of my village to be banished. I don't know what happened to the other, but I know that he would gladly join my side if we were to find him."
"I'm sure there are elves that would side with you, too." Dre'gor adds.
I never intended for this to happen, but I think this is about to become a full-size war if we aren't careful.

Oh you didn't plan for a war, sorry I think I got carried away with usurping the king.
Well then we may be able to recriut some metalic dragons then especialy if Dre'gor tells them about that pillar he found.I slightly roll my eyes at the comment of elves joining. Trust me any elves that would join us wouldn't be much aid, save for the ones of the churches.

I was actually thinking more of a "007" kind of thing. I'll play it any way it turns out, though.
"What makes elves in churches so useful?" Dre'gor asks.

Besides the fact they can heal, hide us, and help us locate this place hopefully nothing really but thats the only type of elves we'll get excluding priests of war gods as well.

"That's just as well, I suppose." Dre'gor says, "We can't really out-match the king's guards. We need numbers, which none of us seem to have the means to obtain."
"He's right," Cy agrees, "There are only two real options for this. We can come in with enough power to tear down the whole village, or we can sneak in a small, but powerful group to assassinate the king. I doubt anybody here is strong enough to kill somebody like that with their full legion of guards. That makes the first option seem most logical."

Well no offense Cy, but the only power that I can see us attaining that has the much force is a full blooded metalic dragon.

"I wouldn't bet on that happening, Valient." Cy says, "It's not like there are dragons just laying around waiting to be recruited. Too many knights would come and try to slay them for no reason. Aside from the one we're finding, they all live in hiding."
