Quick note...Shizu looks and sounds like a girl. He raises his voice just a bit. He isn't bulky and his voice isn't deep. I'll try to find what his voice sounds like so it's easier. haah sorry for not making that clearer x3

Everybody in crew are able to approve teachers but the Vices are the ones that do the spreadsheets so they put them in their positions.
I normally just leave the approving towards the Vices since they are the ones that do the spreadsheets and put people in.

May I ask which teachers you're referring to? The most recently approved teacher was Yeong Jae's Soren Markov, who does appear to be in the spreadsheet (row 12cool? (...as well as Lord Dio's and Cia's staff characters--rows 76 and 87, respectively. )
...or, were you solely referring to your own? She's not yet in the spreadsheet because she's not yet been approved. It's my week to run the 'sheets as opposed to being on approval duty, so.... (Characters need to be approved, I believe, before they can be assigned to a class. ) Checks and balances, yeah?

A status of "Open" refers to the class having been officially opened (by their teacher) to posting. (That's also why all the open courses have a teacher listed and the course title linked to the class thread.... )
