She was rather depressed about her grandfather dying, but she was annoyed at the same time for having to come up to the Yukikages office to get her headband. She knocked on the office door three times then entered the building and walked over to the Yukikages desk standing right in front of it with her arms behind her back. "Sorry to disturb you Yukikage-sama. I'm just here for my Headband and Squad assignment." Lacie told him wondering if she would even be assigned a squad at all. Sure sensory types were needed on four-man-cell teams, but medical shinobi seemed to be needed more that sensory types. -----------------------------"..In fate.." -----------------------------

Akatsuki arrived at the Kage's office he turned in his report and since he did run into trouble his mission rank went up to Ac increasing his reward. He then went upstairs knocking on the kage's door and turned in his vouchers."Lord Keiji, I believe I have met the requirements for the Rank of Chunnin. I have come to ask for a promotion if you so see fit."

❅ Shimiru bowed and nodded. "My apologies, I'll definitely ask next time." She was now a chūnin, but the news did little to improve her curt replies and quietness, even though she was relieved. After she bowed once more and turned to leave, the girl's eyes landed on a new Genin who had come to ask for a headband. Shimiru immediately looked away only to come face-to-face with Akatsuki. 'There's so many unfamiliar faces.' She quickly turned and walked out of the office, glad that she had managed to avoid speaking to strangers. The girl could only hope that she hadn't looked rude.

Chakra Pool: 710 ~ AC: 50,000 ~ Ryo: 2000 Hearing the knocking, the Yukikage looked to see a girl enter his office. No headband, strong chakra, probably ninjutsu or genjutsu, possibly sensor, but not medical. He was already reaching into the drawer for a headband as she spoke and once she finished he would reply. "I see. Congratulations on making it through the academy. What is your name?" Setting headband on his desk for her to take, he leaned back in his seat.
"As for squads... we only have three jounin. Two about to marry and go on honeymoon, the other busy in Konohagakure. People have had to train their own squads, but I help with their training in lieu of a squad leader. If you would like, I could make suggestions as to who could be your teammates on a squad you can form yourself." Standing up, he walked over to the file cabinet and pulled out some files before returning to his seat.
"Let's see. Chisato Ekiguchi. Female, fifteen, specializes in Taijutsu all around. Sapphire Damius Raigyo, female, age fifteen as well, she's a genjutsu tamer and of the Raigyo clan. Eiji Yuki, male, age sixteen, excels in Taijutsu and Bukijutsu. Takeshi Ashikaga, male, age sixteen, specializes in bukijutsu. And finally, Skye Kyohaku Oni, an Oni, male, age fifteen, good with ninjutsu." Finished listing off the available shinobi, he set the files aside and continued "Feel free to approach any of them, although I suggest someone that compliments your abilities and makes up for whatever you may lack. A balance. Or if you have ideas to go the Anbu/Oinin path, a team is already made to join."
Of course, he had noticed that Akatsuki had arrived to ask for promotion. Another trip to the file cabinet and checking the notes showed that he was indeed ready. Nodding his head he said "Congratulations Akatsuki, you are now a Chuunin."

Akatsuki came to face to face with Shimiru, something seemed to be bothering her. He was quite sensitive to the feeling of others for some reason and he was perceptive. So he could tell, he looked back at her as she walked out. He then turned his attention to the Yukikage bowing in thanks for his promotion."Thank you Lord Keiji."He said ending his bow and standing up straight."I shall go continue my missions."He said as he headed out. Before he headed out he made 12 shadow clones. Each of then picked up a different mission and headed out.

She had noticed the girl leave and shivered slightly at the look she gave her, but Lacie decided to ignore it for now. "Thank you Yukikage-sama. My name is Lacie Roux, i'm a Sensor and Ninjutsu specialist." Lacie told him addressing his first question before she addressed him about the team. "I would actually like to take the Anbu/Oinin path. All the Akatsuki clones arrived at the office at the same time. They each handed their mission scrolls to one clone and began dispersing themselves. At the end the one clone had 6 d rank scrolls, 4 c rank scrolls and 2 b rank scrolls. In total 12 missions to turn in. He placed them all on the secretaries desk and began to go through them. When she was done she saw everything was legit and gave Akatsuki a voucher for each

Chakra Pool: 710 ~ AC: 50,000 ~ Ryo: 2000 The snowy haired girl had finally spoken up and had left without saying a word to either of the other two in his office. He turned his attention back to Akatsuki, who left in a hurry and apparently summoned up a lot of shadow clones before going. Turning his attention back to Laci, he was not surprised to hear she was a sensor or a ninjutsu specialist. Hearing she wished to become an Anbu/Oinin was a pleasant surprise he supposed. Nodding his head he replied "Very well. You'll be on a team with three other people. One being that red headed male you just saw leave. Another is a girl named Michiko Tenkei and a male named Hanzo. I'm overseeing the training of Anbu and Oinin myself and I've compiled a list of techniques that would be useful for Anbu and Oinin." Reaching into his desk, he pulled out a copy of The List and set it on his desk for her to take.
When Akatsuki returned so soon, the male raised a brow and called in his secretary. He looked over all of the vouchers handed in, impressed to see that he had taken in so many at once. Although he frowned softly and shook his head "Not yet, Akatsuki, you still have a couple more missions to take before you're there."

She then looked over to Akatsuki and gave him a small smile and nod, if he was going to be on her team then Lacie would have to get to know him. "The ones with the star next to them are ones I feel are important for anbu and oinin to learn. However, I always leave it up to the students to pick which techniques they will use and will compliment their own techniques that they wish to learn. Learn what you can, when you can."

 ☽ Izaya ☾ ☽ Toryo ☾ §[Genin]♥[Yukigakure]♥[Sakkakugan ~Inactive~]§ ❝Sweeping a tiresome gaze around the hallway leading to the Yukikage's office, Izaya heaved a heavy sigh to show his displeasure of having to report the failure of the simple task that he had been handed. In all fairness, it wasn't his own fault, rather the fault of that Genin with the large sword that he met. He had been little more than a distraction on Izaya's part, but the blame still remained his. Two slight knocks sounded on the Kage's door and Izaya stood silently in wait for a reply.

After she left, he busied himself with more paperwork before sensing a familiar chakra heading towards his office. After the knock he called "Enter, Izaya." Once the boy was inside, he looked up from his papers and said "You took so long, I thought you might have slipped off with Miss Hitomi to Konoha again. Did you inform the genin of the festival?"
