As Norma fired one last round of the Dallies she heard Rani's voice and the Dallies in disappointment. When she started to see them leaving Norma lowered her gun and her eyes followed them to Rani's TARDIS. "I guess that's all the fun for now." Norma examined the gun and to her surprise, it was a reloaded gun everytime it ran out of ammo. "Spoils of war."

Rose turned off the Bad wolf and fell exhausted. Jonnathan helped her as the doctor looked shocked at Rani. " You killed her species?! Now that is just sick."

The Rani "It was a commission I sold to the Lord President. Might I add he didn't get it cheap," she replied closing her eyes and rubbing the bridge of her nose. "Lovely virus, it burst cells beautifully... I called it Romalo. Funny thing about Gallifreyan law Doctor, it's illegal to wipe out an entire species, but it's not genocide unless the entire species is wiped out. The Lord President was very specific..."
She gave Kea a sardonic grin, "...leave one alive... don't you feel special, freak?"
She veered the conversation away from her experiments. The initial attempt might have failed but there was still hope for a second or a third try. Either way, she'd have to find a way to stabilize the Neverwere, only then could she seamlessly traverse through dimensions without punching holes into the universe.

Norma put away her gun that she gotten from Torchwood and went towards where the reaper was last standing at but was at a good long distance from the Master and Rani. "So, what are you going to do now Rani? Continue to do whatever you were doing before it got out of hand or do something new?"

The Rani The Rani raised an eyebrow at Norma.
"I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were my companion," she said in a sarcastic drawl. In reality she had every intention of picking up where she left off. There was too much potential to just give up now.
"Don't worry, I'm sure I'll find something to while away the time..."

Norma heard what the Rani said but just grinned at her and responded, "Even though I'm not your companion doesn't mean that I can't say anything to you. Besides your fun to play with when danger comes with you." She didn't realize that the Norma she used to be was slowly disappearing and a new person was slowly and steadly creeping into her personality.

Issildia Nevar
A frigid damp clung to her skin as the woman adjusted the strap of the vortex manipulator wrapped around her narrow wrist. Startling cerulean eyes glanced down at the device with disinterest, the corner of her lips turned faintly down into a diluted frown. Before the final digits of the coordinates were put into the device the ebony haired female turned her gaze over her shoulder towards the distant skyline of New New York. The glittering glass face of the Torchwood Institute gleamed like some freshly polished diamond in the sunlight amid the clutter of city buildings. Long had she been preparing for this particular assignment, the Institute had made it no secret that this mission was indeed the reason she had been created. A bitter flood of distaste for the word “created” rippled through her mind before it was idly flicked away like some irritating insect. She need not concern herself with such internal disputes, all that mattered was the mission… Issildia then allowed her attention to slide back to the Vortex Manipulator as her gloved digits imputing the remaining sequence to complete the coordinate set. There was a sharp crackle of energy as all the air in her lungs seemed to be swept out of her throat, but she did not allow panic to grip her…she had been prepared for the effects of time travel, she knew what to expect. The world around her vanished in a flash of unbridled energy as the apple grass fields sank into darkness to be suddenly replaced with something quite different. Streetlights glared at Issildia from beneath a heavy cloak of fog, London sprawled out before the woman in all its steely glory. The hiss of automobiles treading through fresh puddles along the sidewalk edged streets tugged at her carefully attuned senses. Quite blatantly she stuck out of the mull of humans meandering about like a sore thumb. An obsidian leather coat that whispered about her booted feed hung from her sharply defined shoulders making her a dark thorn laden weed among a well tended bed of soft petaled hyacinths. Hidden by this drapery of black fabric was a matching belt that bore half a dozen strange blades strapped to either side of her hips. The little silver weapons inscribed with unusual foreign lettering that few would have been able to decipher save those from her own time. The last item left out in relatively open view hanging leisurely off her belt; a sheath of sorts made out of some strange bright steel that appeared to be composed of much more than the common metals that were used during this particular era of humanity. Within this scabbard was an unusual curving blade that was obviously some sort of sword, though it did not mimic any known design of the present day. Wrapping the lengthy coat about her torso to ward off suspicious looks towards the tools of her trade Issildia once again checked the coordinates on the Vortex Manipulator…if Torchwood’s intelligence was correct…he was indeed here. Little thought towards dawdling touched her mind as the huntress set forth. She would deliver her quarry to her masters, no matter the cost; For this is why she had been born.... what other purpose could she possible have…other than capturing the elusive Doctor?

The Rani The Rani stared at Kea looking as if she were about to burst out laughing. Granted Kea was quite a bit taller than her, but all things considered, she was not the most intimidating thing in the world.
"Snrk... Oh I'm sorry... is that supposed to be frightening?" she asked, "It's your own fault. There was a Time War going on and the people of the planet Zar couldn't make up their minds as to which side they were on. You're so damn persistent and difficult to kill, Zarians never really had a choice. So they kept stalling for time... Eventually Rassilon's patience ran out and commissioned me to gas the planet and every outpost in the Zarios system."
She smiled and playfully poked Kea's cheek.
"Except for you, you freakish little loop-hole!" she exclaimed in a childish tone, "13 billion dead... 1 survivor, and all for the low-low price of a state-of-the-art TARDIS upgrade and unlimited access to the matrix... Rassilon got quite a bargain."

As she Norma heard what the Rani was talking about and how she destroyed Kea's people Norma asked in a curious tone, "So did you exterinate them like the Darliks did or was it in all one kill?"

The Rani "One thousand five hundred and sixty two... give or take a body," the Rani stated with the same amused smile. A flicker of darkness seeped into her green eyes as she grabbed her blaster and pressed it to Kea's stomach.
"But I'm willing to bet I only have to kill you once to finish the job..." the blaster clicked as it loaded, "You know I had to actually monitor the population as it died... would you like to know how long it took? Do you want to know which ones begged at my feet for mercy?"
Her eyes began to be stained in black as she talked. "That would be the same ones that begged for me to spare their child... one particularly irritating child that's pressing a knife to my throat. Do you see Doctor? You see what I mean about the dangers of kindness..." her voice began to warp and distort, " I should have left you to rot on your dying planet. Do you know the sentence for wiping out an entire species? One regeneration. I could wipe out an entire species, and I would simply lose one of my lives... such a slap on the wrist really lets you know what Time Lords think of other species, little freak."
