For awhile, Mala slept a dreamless slumber. Her unconciousness faded quicker than one would expect. However, she found it difficult to get out of the bed. "Uuugh...where am I?" she muttered to herself softly.

"Morning sunshine." Van had come back in to check on them and was no sitting in the open window of the room with as the sun started to come up.

Mala glanced over at Van, blinking a couple times before feeling that she was awake enough to not be dreaming this up. Her first question was exactly, "So this is what you look like outside of my brother's body..."

{Perhaps the priest could have spread a rumor about a "great evil" being released and the Adventurers could be hired to either kill Van or "rescue" Mala and Riley?}

"Doesn't sound like a yes or no, so I'm afraid I can't say." Van said walking around with a sly smile as he leaned in close, leaving little space between their faces, something Mala DEFINATELY wouldn't have allowed while he was in Riley's body.

The priestess raised an eyebrow. Certainly she wasn't expecting him to get this close, but she wasn't going to shove him away unless he started acting like Jaquel. "It isn't obvious? I'm dissapointed."

"You only had that chance because I distracted him for you." Van said smugly as he folded his arms.
Both failed to notice that Riley had woken up and was just sitting on his bed watching the two go back and forth. "Sis, did you find a boyfriend? And are you having a lovers' spat?" he asked innocently.

Mala's eyes widened. "What?!?! Nonononononononono, you're misunderstanding Riley!" she exclaimed in a quick and hyperactive manner, blushing profusely from the embarassment.

Van just laughed before walking over to Riley with a smile. "Sorry about the whole 'body theft' thing. We cool?" he said putting a hand on Riley's head.
Riley just looked up at Van, blinking up a few times at the strange man before grinning innocently. "Of course! You saved my sis after all!"
