Guards came into Xistund's cell as they announced his sentence: Execution by Sokyoku within 5 days. Xistund had five days to find peace in his heart before he was killed.

(I am pretty sure everyone was in favor of the time jump so imma just go with it.)
Slicing down strong with his blade Kyo stopped it just before hitting the ground a strong force emanating from the tip of the blade making a shallow indention on the ground below the tip. Breathing lightly Kyo shook his head he was still not fully over the fact of Xistunds incarceration let alone what he had heard of him being scheduled for execution. "Dam it" he muttered lifting his blade up slowly and sheathing it. Moving from the training grounds Kyo muttered under his breath as he headed out of the 11th squads barracks to wander the street for awhile.

"the pot dose nothing but act as a vessel" she reaches in her pocket and grabs out a small dager that looks like a hollow should weild it and cuts her hand letting her blood flow into it all of a sudden the blade starts glowing and she whispers "let him hear what i do let him see what i cannot let him in to the world of pain and torment let him see what most choose to forget" just then her blood begins to glow in the pot and act as a scriying pool "theres your proof' ((like the scriying stones from lotr))

"Captain Xistund of Squad 11, you have 5 days before your execution, you will spend your time in the Repentance Cell until it is time." The man announced and the guards came, bound him and began to transport him.
Bakura sat in his office with a sigh. Xistund had been sentenced and there wasn't a thing he could do about it. You could always, I dunno, stir up trouble and rescue the moron. Bakura thought to himself and looked out the window with a sigh.

"Ahh so the former captain has five days to live, guess the jury all found him guilty." Misaki said as she heard the announcement walking to Bakura's office to deliver him his paper work. Following her like a loyal puppy was Yumi, whom people mostly stared at because she looked liked Misaki's unmentioned twin.
"Jeez no matter how many times I tell them I'm a gigai, they still dont believe me." she said pouting.
"They most likely do, but they deny it to tease you, and it's getting annoying really. Misaki said as she knocked on the office door waiting for a reply.

Yumi gave Misaki a questioning look as to ask "How'd he know it's you?" Misaki sighed, not wanting to explain the details to her and went in the office and put the gigantic stack of papers on Bakura's desk. Yumi did the same as well. "Seems they want to keep you really busy with all this." Misaki said looking at the 2 huge stacks thinking if she had to do this she's rather kill herself first. She didn't really like paper work. She then noticed Yumi stare at Bakura. That's right she never met him... "Yumi-chan this is Bakura-taicho." she said introducing her to him.
"Nice to meet you." she said shivering a little, remembering a bit of her past and how captains were involved in making the decesion to destroy mod souls.
