Yes Hinote begin ignoring people, you are turning out to be a great Crew member. who would have thought to become a crew member here all you would have to do is stick your nose in everything, and then Have some people that like you decide that you would make a good Crew member, only to discover that you are a biased minded person.
Psychological studies show that everyone is biased based on their evironment and how they understand things.
Like how if you asked a person what is the Shape you get when you cut a die in half from corner to corner? They might not understand, but if you worded it differently like
What is a Die shaped like if it were to be cut diagonally? They might understand it to be a tetrihedron.

But when you learn water walking, you can't do it because of the seal, then jiriya dispells the seal, and you can do it. Atleast that is how the game explained it.

READ. WHAT. IS. WRITTEN. The seal threw off Naruto's chakra control because it was incompatible with his original seal. THAT is why he couldn't walk on water properly. It would have no effect whatsoever on a normal person, nor a jinchuuriki that does not have an even numbered seal. Which is why I denied it. We have no system to determine just what sort of seals were used on our jinchuuriki.

Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time.The rest of the description there is what happened when orochimaru tried to use it on Naruto... IF this jutsu was to be accepted it would be a S-rank or S+-rank jutsu.. Blocking or disturbing the flow of chakra leaving the target unconscious and unable to fight for a short time...... thats all this jutsu dose... Of course do to this being a rp and not the show it would get denied for that reason only.. "target unconscious and unable to fight for a short time"Please stop arguing about the jutsu BOTH of you... yea, that argument shouldnt have lasted that long in this thread, it should have moved to pm one way or another. (pming each other to argue, or pming another crew member to look into it)
so, moving on.
Is there any kind of limit to how long bunshin last?

Didn't 2 crew members solve whats going on? I really have no say when it comes to approving or denieing jutsus but.. the best thing for you to do if you have a problem with getting a jutsu denied that you wont even be able to use.. is PM another crew member about it.. that way they see your problem right away instead of searching through this thread for it..
