Crimson nodded and Ty's attempt at encouragement. Then opened her mouth to speak, paused for a few moments, unsure of what to say.
"umm... Good day, Your Majesty..." She swallowed, and looked up at him. "We've returned from the mission you've sent us on..." Then quickly looked back down, waiting for him to speak.

Silas placed the palms of his hands against Crimson's shoulders, and leaned in to whisper in her ear, standing behind her.
"Good! That's good. No need to be afraid. He's a fair, wise, and good king. You have nothing to fear from him.... Besides, my master once did this kingdom a great service. He won't allow harm to come to friends of the Traveler." He wondered quietly what their mission was. He tagged along mostly out of boredom, but he decided he might be able to help them after all.

"Thaaat's kinda creepy there, Silas...And I thought I was the creepy encourager here..." Ty muttered jokingly, to ease the tension. She ran her hands on the rim of her hat's fabric nervously, though. "Now we just have to wait for him to speak...And Orcus to get down from the window...Aaany second now..."

"Very funny. There's nothing wrong with a little kindness and encouragement! Now, if I had done this, it'd be a different story," Silas said as he grabbed Blue's chest, and twisted. He laughed heartily. "Lighten up! Being immortal is certainly boring enough...you gotta have a sense of humor to live with yourself. And friendship is always a must. I've seen countless good friends come and go...and a little kindness goes a long way." At Ty's last comment, Silas looked up at Orcus in the window. He furrowed his brow, wondering the same thing Ty wondered. Orcus was one dramatic fellow.

"Yes. Yes it was very funny." Ty said, putting on a mock serious expression before laughing and feeling bad for Blue at the same time. Purple-nurples were painful, even though nobody dared to do it to her. She waved a hand in the air dismissively to Silas's reference of immortality, pushing it aside. "Pssh, your immortality's got nothing on me. A good friend of mine once told me that it's just like a present box. It goes from being entertaining to annoying in the blink of an eye."

"That's all I meant to say. Having good friends, and treating them kindly makes it a lot less annoying, however. Oh, Orcus looks like he might be posting coming down to join us."

Orcus chuckled gently to himself along with the King but he kept looking out the window.
After the Elf King had had a good laugh he began to speak. "Okay, let me get this straight." This was followed by a short pause. "That's Ty... And that's Crimson... And the man that you called an arrogant a****** is the former pupil of this Kingdoms good friend?" The King watched Orcus nod lightly and chuckle. "Oh that's good." The King sat back on his chair. "Men, please bring the weary travelers a seat." The King stopped laughing now as he put in his serious face.

((No he'll be nice. He's just restating what Orcus told him about you... He knows who you are. Also, Orcus just started throwing around words that might annoy you like 'arrogant'.))

The king nodded. "Yes but I didn't quite remember your names. Strider did most of the talking that time around." The King leaned forward as the guards brought each of his guests a seat. "Now, the town was enveloped in deathly magics was it? How unfortunate. It seems we have a bit of a problem then."
((Good luck. When Orcus was a child he was surrounded by a never ending void known as Chaos. His grandfather was a very protective guy when it came to releasing death upon the world.))

Silas took his seat, the sword's point in the ground between his feet. His hands rested lazily on the hilt. He was not fond of the idea of waving Reis's name around twice in one day, so he remained silent. He cast an eye over to Ty, to see what she might say, instead. Crimson had fallen nearly comatose...almost as if no one was there.
