Ok well I'm back from the docs. No inducement yet sadly. So I'm going to have wait till the 18th to see what she says again.
Oh and the baby is down head down with his back towards my back. Which my moms says Is a delivery position. I hope so ^.^

what's sooo cute is when we did the ultrasound he literally played peek-a-boo w/me!! He stuck his 2 hands in front of his face & then pulled them away!! It was soo adorable

I'm so happy! I was able to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time today. I almost cried when I heard it. Even more exciting though, is that I'll be getting an ultrasound done within the next couple weeks. I can't wait to find out what the baby's gender is going to be!
Oh, before I forget. My MD called me today and wants me to see a nutritionist. She's worried about my weight gain. I've only gained a little over 3 lbs and I'm almost half way through the pregnancy. When I first found out, they told me it would be ideal for me to gain between 25 and 40 lbs. When the lady told me that my eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. Someone might think that's easy, but for me it's nearly impossible. It's hard for me to gain even 5 lbs. It's not like I'm starving myself or anything. I'm hungry almost every other hour and I do eat... alot! Could this cause problems for me during the pregnancy?

Yah. I was having the same problems too. I think it's mainly because i'm still carrying the extra weight from my last pregnancy. I gained all of 2lbs the first 3mths...and i'm slowly starting to gain up more. And I eat alot, so i know it's not that. I'll see how much I weigh at my next appt on Nov 3rd. I hope it has gone up b/c my scale at home says 140-141. It used to say all the time 137-139. So i hope i'm gaining weight. I know the whole hard to gain weight. I couldn't lose any of the weight w/my daughter b.c it all stayed at 137. And I never went up at all. So...yah. But I know for sure he's a healthy boy :] He moves alot, & he has a great weight in thw womb, looks really healthy.

If you are overweight to begin with BMI over 30 you are more likely to lose weight or gain slowly.
Also, my nutritionist and doctor both told me when I gained 15lbs like in the last three months after gaining NOTHING for the whole pregnancy is that babies are like microwave popcorn. They just bake and bake and then for the last minute BAM that's when most of the bulk of growing happens. xd

Same thing happened to me: first 7 months, didn't even gain 10 pounds, then that last 6 weeks, BAM, on went 18 more out of the blue.

I don't think I've had time to make an update since before I had the baby so I thought I'd dop in and say that I finally had him, he's 2 months and a week old now and he's as cute as can be! My goodness he's sleeping through the night already. It's the best sleep EVER!
Nomikins I DEFINITELY reached the done stage while I was pregnant, especially when I was about 8 months.

I just had my ultrasound on Friday, and found out I was having a boy! I'm so excited, I've been wearing a cheesy smile all weekend. First thing I did after leaving the hospital was buy a little blue and white set for the baby. I can't wait!
The woman who was doing my ultrasound told me the baby was growing normally and he weighs about 7 ounces. At least my worries about not gaining enough weight so far are nothing to worry about after all. The baby is growing just fine, though from looking at me you can't exactly tell.

here's somthing everyone forgets to tell you about pregnancy.. the last month seems longer than the rest of the pregnancy put together... stare I feel like this last week was a month or two by it's self... the doctors say he's head down in the birth positon, I've been having braxton hicks contractions for about a month and a half now, and I'm just sick of being pregnant! stressed The doctors said that he was down and ready to go, but then this last three or so days he's dropped MORE... I don't get how that can be if he was already down... the doctors lie lol. He's kicked up on my ribs and brused them, I'm sore all over and 51 1/2 inches around xp I'm huge and awkward and just want to go soak in a hot tub but cant lol... wow I sound like a cry baby sweatdrop Sorry, didn't mean to... I think its the lack of sleep...

My husband is actually the one that's getting impatient! He's so anxious to see his little boy, and to hold him. I am, too, but I'm reminding myself that I've still got quite a ways to go; I'm not due 'til February 19. I'm more excited right now about getting his little nursery set up; I've been planning it out for some time. 3nodding I'm trying to just take this whole pregnancy slowly; I don't want to get impatient, or overexcited.
