Zane ignored Hajime and the other ninja because they were talking about stuff completely unrelated to him, and ran towards the giant wave. He placed his right foot down and the his left, but there wasn't enough chakra on his left so the wave overtook him and throttle him back to the beach. "Man...*cough*...that was rough...*cough*"

He tries it again, runs up to the wave, finally gets to the top but Zane doesn't sustain the chakra flow and falls right through the wave once again.

"That's it! This time I'm definetely going to get it!" he exclaimed as he runs up to the wave. He steps on the wave with his right leg, then shifts his chakra and steps with the left, then back to the right, then back to the left. Zane reaches the top of the wave, and focuses to maintain his chakra flow on both feet. Next thing he knew, he was riding the wave like a pro. "Oh yeah!" he exclaimed but this time he made sure not to lose focus like the last time he succeeded.

Luo found the real waves to be more challenging than the fake ones. They were a lot more unpredictable in when they would crest, but after a minute or two watching the waves, and watching Zane, he could see from which point he needed to begin. He attempted to run up the first wave, but had miscalculated when the wave was going to crash, and was automatically clipped in the shins by the wave and fell forward. Bobbing back up, Luo got back on the water. "Let's try that again."

On Luo's second attempt, he ran up the wave the moment it seemed to rise, and caught it at the right time. He got on top of the wave, but he did not sustain enough chakra to keep enough balance. He wobbled his way half-way back to the shore, and shook his head. "Not good enough," he mumbled under his breath.

His fifth time attempting the technique, he could almost feel where he was going wrong. He decided to step it up a notch and try to jump onto it again. He watched as a huge wave began to form and ran towards it. As it reached its crest, Luo front flipped and turned in the air to face the right direction, and let out an extra burst of chakra a second before he landed. The burst was perfect. He rode the wave almost as if he'd been doing it for years all the way back to the shore. As he rode it, he smiled and shouted to Zane, "Now this is more like it!"

Hajime laughed " Okay now do this" Hajime jumped on one of the largest waves he found he just flipped over it and landed on it's back side then dove into one and disappeared into the waves making seem to those guy he had died

Teddy came back runnning to where he was at nearly a hour ago. "Wow this looks cool" he said looking at the waves and just smiled to see the that the kids are like being tortured.

Luo nodded and went for a wave. He flipped and attempted to go into the water all the way, but the wave just made him tumble around, causing him to cough as he sprang up for air. He got up and began to try again.

The second time, Luo attempted the technique again. This time he flipped over the wave, and made sure to keep his body straight as he came down. However, Luo had flipped too late, and could tell that he could be seen behind the wave. Furthermore, when he hit the water, he had too much chakra in his feet. His knees buckled and he fell face forward into the water. Before his face was under water, Luo yelled, "Ow! Damnit!"

The third time, Luo waited a bit for his knees to not hurt again and then tried again. He flipped over the wave and went into the water fine. However, he forgot to take a deep enough breath, and was soon forced to come up for air. Gasping, he tried again.

Zane, watching closely how Luo did it, ran at the wave. He managed to climb to the top of the wave and flipped over it but as he was coming down there was not enough chakra in his feet so he just went through the wave. As he got up, he coughed out the water that he had swallowed. "Okay, lets do it again!"
